When your goals are big (like changing yourself into a man) it's easy to sometimes get frustrated by the immensity of the task at hand. Often, people become demoralized, and this causes them to give up. To achieve your goals, sometimes its best to compartmentalize, focus on winning the minor skirmishes and small battles which ultimately win the big war.

For this mid-week, I want you to pat yourself on the back a little bit. Tell us about your small win in the past few weeks. It doesn't have to be a full field report, or even a complete sentence. Just something you've noticed/done in the past week that makes you proud of how far you've come, even if you still have a ways to go.
