My father always played the "A-Game" with me and still does to some extent today. I don't know if his intention was to help me develop situational awareness, but I can confirm that the "A-Game" is an effective strategy to become more aware.

I used to have this sort of.

At my job I was always aware of which cameras could see me, down to the ceiling tiles that it could see, and I knew where I was invisible.

I can still remember a phone number or credit card number for a couple minutes after I read it once or someone tells me once.

I don't know what happened since then but I feel kind of "foggy". Good diet helps, but not all the way.
