Question for men more redpill than me

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches.

I can do 1000 now.

After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.

Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

All this allows me to really kill all the chicks.

I'm fairly certain that the biggest step is to just use the stuff in the first place. Being clean makes you confident. On a day I've put on a drop of cologne, I'm more likely to lean in close to a woman while I talk to her.

I find that less is more. But really, you're reading too much into things. Use what you want and don't be ashamed of it.

I use a mint shower gel so my skin smells crazy fresh all day. I have a small stick of concealer that I sometimes apply a little under bit under my eyes if I'm meeting someone and im tired /hungover. Not everyone is comfortable doing that but whatever works for you. I also have really dry frizzy hair so invest in really good hair products so I can keep some length and flow in my hair. Shampoo as little as possible , keratin enriched conditioner daily and I use a very high quality pomade.

If you want body wash that smells fucking incredible, see if you can get something from Molton and brown. It's expensive as hell but you can use literally a third of what you normally would and still smell amazing all day long. Might be a UK only product though.

I go for an old school smell that I personally enjoy ever since a barber used it on me. Leaves a fresh from the barber scent without having to go to a barber. Plus it's pretty cheap. Deodorant: Old Spice Classic. After Shave: Pinaud Clubman. For Hair: Brylcreem. Seriously this shit smells amazing. Girls comment that I smell great when I use it. Bonus: Pinaud Clubman Talc Powder.

Old Spice Shampoo. Any fragrance you prefer, but it honesty leaves my hair feeling soft and wavy after.

i use whatever is cheapest. also i cut my hair with a mach 3 razor in the shower, so shampoo is kind of a waste, i just use soap. i may not be the alpha type you are looking for. definitely my style is the suck. but my lack of caring what other people think helps out a lot.

in all honesty i think a lot of young men have gotten really girly. what's next, makeup?

I rarely use such things unless I'm at the gym or training jujitsu. You have a natural musk, women love that shit, its like pheromones or something. Just be clean.

This will probably sound weird, but I wash with vinegar (hair and body). It's super inexpensive and it works really well. It was originally recommended to me from some guys who experimented with it in the pick-up community.
