Disclaimer: I mostly want to know if this happened to someone before I see a doctor.

Summary: as I'm doing neutral grip chin ups, my legs kick up a little bit. That causes my Achilles tendon to spasm.

@12 pm on Thursday, I ate muffins followed by a huge pre workout meal @7:30 pm. Lots of water in between. The actual routine is fbr so DLs, incline db bench, neutral grip chin ups and incline seated shrugs.

I walk 5 km to the gym in 30 minutes at 9:20 pm, it's mostly uphill. As I arrived, I went straight into DLs. Did 6, sets after workout and burnt out. Had shitty bench reps and could barely do a chin up. So I jump for the first rep, as I kick my legs up, I feel sore in my Achilles so I stop. In my next attempt it goes into a spasm (like a toe curling spasm) so I call it quits. As I'm limping outside the gym, I spot the bus and chase it down like an Olympic sprinter. The driver eventually gave up after 60 m (tease, I know) and let me on before the next stop I almost best him to. As I got on the bus, everyone stared at me in amazement.

All I want to know is if I can do squats on Saturday. Thanks.
