Sounds like a great idea man. There is absolutely no reason not to do this.

Great way to learn. Added bonus of being in proximity with multiple attractive women.

Military women.... ugh.... the n-counts and cc riders would astound even the most jaded TRP'r. The real estate industry is almost all post-wall harpies.

You know you don't need an excuse to approach women right? She doesn't need to be a friend of a friend. It doesn't need to be a nightclub. You don't need to have common interests. She doesn't need to be in your language class, she doesn't need to be at your college, she doesn't need to be a co-worker or a client.

All she needs to be is attractive. All you need to be is attractive.

Community Colleges often have much less campus life and cohesiveness than a regular college. You're talking about people, even the 18 year old freshmen, who mostly have a job and life already and aren't attending fulltime. The students also often don't live nearby, there are typically no dorms of any sort. During the day, people tend to get in and then gtfo.

There are a few full time students but it can't really compared to a normal college in any sense. It's a great opportunity for someone who doesn't have a lot of money, especially to bypass a more expensive college's first two years (although said college may not accept all credits....) but that's about all.

Your CC may be different but that's generically what I would count on.
