Edit: Fuck this thread. Well it's been fun shitting and getting shit on by everyone one. My work is done here.

Actually there's 2 (1 1/2) of them. I'm in a pinball league. I don't drink alcohol at that bar, I do drink sometimes. Instead I order a picture of water with a few lime slices and tip $1 thinking they won't get sick of me for not ordering drinks. There's 8-10 waitresses I know by face, 3 by name. Two of them ignore me for long periods of time taking other's drink orders. I understand it's a business, but I think they take it a little far and get off on it. I don't want to react like a bitch, but I'm not sure if that's continuing to tip them or to not tip. It doesn't bother me to 'not give a fuck' about them, but there's also the social dynamic. I don't want some shit hate spreading to other waitresses and my social circle of friends who are served by them (who do order drinks and unhealthy food).

Was thinking 'flip the enemy'? Learn their names and give them some kind of occasional friendly comment to neutralize? I really want to give the any validation though, and there's nothing lamer feeling then failing to cowtail to someone that already mildly repulses me.

My only objective is to continue getting those pitchers of water and getting out of there with my dignity, and without some shit social dynamic thing spreading in the background.

This is not a huge problem, but has been going on for about 8 months so I'm open to comments.
