Simple as that. This anxiety grew on me when it first happened also happening with my close friends. I know it's anxiety, it's happened with other girls but this time it's my gf so it's a bit embarrassing.

Backstory: I'm a big extrovert, basically always been. 3rd year med student, launching an app and lifting 4 days/week. I have a pretty tight schedule so I'm often stressed. Also she's my ex from my first year of TRP. We broke up after I cheated on her (dumb me did it. Dumb me broke it off. Now it's going great, she knows about this anxiety of mine and she's supportive. Obviously though I don't talk about it too much).

Speaking has helped a lot, meditation and keeping a journal as well. But I want to go deep to the core, any help fellows RPers?
