Hello. I've ran into a couple of issues concerning weight loss. I would like to get you guys opinion on this.

See, over the past two holidays, I've gained a couple pounds & I'm not totally proud of it. It is what it is though.

At school, our lunches are pretty bad. Pizza and tater-tots everyday. I eat because I'll be hungry if I don't. Im starting to think that (even with cardio 6 days a week,) It's holding me back. I don't eat breakfast either. Mainly because I'm not hungry.

Should I just skip lunch from here on out?
