Well..... you still acted like a butt hurt beta. A&A or amused mastery. Make a joke out of how good his eyes looked. Say something like “yeah I could stare into those forever” or “yeah too bad your’s don’t look that good”.

You acted like a cry baby bitch. Also plate the girl at the restaurant of anal only sex.

One final thing. Break up with her. I recommend any guy that discovers trp during a ltr to do this. If you were extremely blue pill she will reject the alpha version of you and eventually break up with you anyway. End it now and do yourself a favor.

. Instead of getting butthurt, you could have played along with her remark. “The server has beautiful eyes.” “Oh really, maybe you should ask him out..” this puts her in the light again. She has to respond to your remark now.

Imagine it was the 80s and you were in Motley Crue and made that remark. Would you care? Would you self-critique about whether some girl or people on a forum thought your comment was "overtly sexual" or otherwise inappropriate in this situation? Of course not. Adopt that mindset, i.e., don't give it another thought. Let your LTR text you, and when she does act like nothing happened. It's much better to have made the remark you did in this situation than to pout and be quiet. She has the message now that her behavior is not ok. If she comments like this again about other guys, quit seeing her.

Definitely A&A in that situation. Instead of you commenting on the waiter, the waiter should have commented on you. Show’s preselection and increases your SMV.

As to how to handle her getting upset, ignore her. See her again and act as if nothing happened. If she is bitchy or brings the topic up, tell her to forget about it. If she persists either kiss her to shut her up or leave and go do something else.

Chicks constantly shit-test when you are acting beta or they see you acting weak. If you are Alpha then she will not test (as often) because she knows you will next her.

When the girl I’m with test me I know I’m messing up somewhere. I step back and locate the BP trait and fix it. She continues testing, then I next her. By that time I’m labeled as beta in her mind and it’s too late for me to fix.
