Eliana Piper, the ACLU's Director of Strategy and Innovation: "The likelihood of being falsely accused is on par with the likelihood of being struck by lightning. If men are nervous about being falsely accused, they should change how they’re conducting themselves. Rape culture exists and protecting survivors is overdue."

Like all other organizations that women have rose through the ranks of, it's become a vehicle for their hatred.

What was that? Victim-blaming?

No survivor should be cross-examined by his or her accused rapist. Ever. Full stop. https://t.co/DZgvEuZKi6 — Rep. Joe Kennedy III (@RepJoeKennedy) November 15, 2018

ACLU is not, nor has it ever been, a civil rights organization. It is the litigation wing of American communists, just as ANTIFA (and its predecessors in the 60s) are their paramilitary wing, the universities are their propaganda wing, and Soros and his ilk are their finance wing.

“I am for socialism, disarmament and ultimately for abolishing the state itself as an instrument of violence and compulsion. I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class and sole control by those who produce wealth. Communism is, of course, the goal.” ACLU founder Roger Baldwin, 1935

This, this, this, a thousand times this.

But remember, they're the conservative wing of the communist movement in the US. Seeing as they have a concept of principals regarding rights, they are the conservative wing, and they'd have to fashion themselves as moderate commies to have legitimacy in law. Also, the fact that they're an old organization means they're conservative compared to mainstream leftists today because the left has moved so much further to the left since the 30s.

Why is this important? Communists in every nation they take over spread their net thin before the revolution, they incorporate every single group as an ally possible. They go for the libertarians, feminists, minority interest groups, writers, labor unions and philosophers. After the revolution, when a small group of hardcore fanaticals take power, they begin to eliminate those in the labor unions and the libertarians and on and on because they are no longer useful after the revolution but for only to serve as competition to the dictator.

If there was a communist revolution in America, then more than a few ACLU members that brought about the revolution would take it upon themselves to protest the tyrannies of the new communist state. These ACLU members would be imprisoned or executed.

Look at Julian Assange. In 2008, liberals loved him. Democrats loved him. And Assange himself admires commie Hugo Chavez. But fast forward to 2016, how does Assange fare with the liberals?

The ACLU serves a movement that will destroy it if successful. Remember that.

This part gets me

and if the investigator decided there was at least a 51 percent chance of his guilt, he could be expelled.

How can you decide there was a 51% chance. Hire me to decide who will win the next presidential election. I'll decide which party had at least 51 percent of the vote.

If you do accept this you are saying any girl can. make a consequence free accusation and have a 50 50 chance anyone she wants will be declared a rapist.

It's not 50% chance though. The 51% claim is code word for we fuck up anyone accused.

How does this even happen when 'innocent until proven guilty' is still on the books.

Evidence is supreme. With so many cell phones. video, audio and pictures should be the main source of evidence, not testimony. We have the data. Accusers and 'witnesses' that weren't present lie all the time. Everyone is so deceitful second hand testimony should be marginalized.

This makes it sound like American universities are overrun by perverts and rapists.

If the process were to favor the accuser, then there is no need for any due process. This is why it should favor the accused.

Tulane University is being federally investigated right now for women's studies courses violating Title IX.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
