Get married in your 50s so you have someone to drive you to the hospital.

Lol my dad literally married a nurse at aged 62. She is 45, never married and no kids, and is a triathlete so looks 10-15 year younger than her age. Respect Dad 👊

So my Dad around his early 80's after outliving my mother and then his girlfriend(he died last year at 95) told once about a movie he saw about an older man dating a younger woman trying get my opinion . I shrugged it off saying its not a big deal. Two days later my sister sees him in a grocery store parking lot with a women half his age, younger than my sister. She goes up to talk to him and the woman who didn't know my sister starts giving her dirty looks. Anyway she calls me up and tells me she thinks our Dad has another family and describes the woman (in her 40's pretty Blonde with blue eyes) thinking dad has another daughter. I say no it his girlfriend and told my sister about the previous conversation with Dad. I think he was testing the waters seeing if we would disapprove before he would tell us. This woman followed my Dad around like a puppy dog for years. It was kind of awkward at times I would call him and it was obvious he was in Bed with the woman and on occasion I would pop by and he would come out of the bedroom and she was still in his bed. She did not live with him my Dad was a Smart no commitments, a Stud. She did not get anything when he died.

Marriage is a trap.

There is no reason to pay up for someone to tolerate you.

There is no reason to pay up to tolerate someone else*

Which you will once she becomes comfortable in the relationship and begins to demand more and more from you, even as her looks and visceral appeal to you begin to fade.

Hopefully this will approach infinity, when most of the guys do not marry.

Additionally the never married ones marriage date should be counted as their date of death. Otherwise less and less men marrying will skew the statistics.

Marriage is for chumps. Why buy the cow when I get the milk for free...

After going through this, I'm assuming this will balance out with men specifically datingyounger women?

Is this really the cause of new age feminism?

Well that's always the issue. Whereas the old women have reduced dating pools (if any), the older men will automatically look for women 10+ years younger and continue to do so.

Looks like war makes people get married. Next war there will be an increase in marriage

Less men = More choice for men = less picky women.

Wonder how divorce rates affect this. If you're remarrying in your 40s, that's going to look the same in this state as if someone's first marriage was at 40

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
