Not much of a theory but an idea.

Elliot states the idea of controlling your energy by you choosing an emotion and expressing it. Me, personally, i like to think about girls/events that have screwed me over, in a way or another, to make myself angry/stressed. I use that anger/stress to work out when im at the gym, this helps me focus and usually its when i see the best results.

He also talks about controlling the energy of your environment. I dont have an example of this but sounds like what a "life of the party" person would do. I would like to hear your thoughts on these two ideas. Maybe create a tool for stressful situations, like a presentation to a group of people?
