Been doing a search and can't seem to find my scenario to answer my question.

I'm 33, my ltr is 37. She has X2 teenage kids, from a 15+yr ltr.

I've been on trp for 2yrs, been plating since my last ltr (I was rp with her too, I dumped her). My current girl was showing good signs as a keeper, I decided to graduate her from plate.

Situation: she's on a surgery list to have her 'everything baby related removed' (due to female related complications). She lays it on me, "are you gonna want a kid or should I do this?"

I'm torn. Everything trp I've seen is basically 'avoid having a money pit child at all costs' though I feel most of the horror stories I've heard are either BP misshaps or ons nightmares.

Generally having a kid together constitutes living together, we do not currently. She's getting old, her child making days are numbered. She's mentally stable, has a decent career, fun, funny, does what I want, listens and does what she's told, non feminist, does pink jobs without hassle or asking, in great physical shape, easy on the eyes, goes to gym/yoga on her own, health conscious, loves to fuck and inniciates most of the time. Her kids will be paid for by ex who's got $$.

I'm looking for some answers from some of you RP guys that have decided to go the ltr route, have a kid, buy a house etc. With your woman.

Is 1yr long enough time to get to know a girl before a commitment like this? Keep in mind I have limited time to make this decision.

Buying a house together 50/50 risk Vs reward.

Individual bank accounts.

Having a child together, risk Vs reward.

Prenup?

Safest route to take to stay on top and not get hosed if things go south.

HOLDING frame regarding 'the one that cares less in the relationship holds the power' how can you in a common law/child/house investment situation.

Thanks for your honest opinions guys. Criticism welcome.
