I looked over this in the past, and I think the idea behind it is good. However, I think the execution is kind of lacking. It seems as if it was was just put together week by week without any overall plan. I do understand the large time constraints that would require, I am just simply giving my opinion. The lack of overall structure I think hurts the results that people can truly expect to see from it.

Also, you should provide some financial guidance which is an area that prevent a lot of men from reaching their potential.

Maybe I'm not searching well enough, but I have a hard time finding the diet plan for a man that has money to spend. Literally, do not give a shit about how much it costs.

Hire an immigrant to cook delicious kept meals for you. Done.

If you live in a metropolitan area, there's probably a healthy meal delivery service that you can use. I believe it's what rich athletes/actors do when they can't be fucked with cooking but need to be on a strict diet.

Checkout Mr. Money Mustache. You can find much valuable information on personal finance there, although I do find that few parts go mildly against gaming.

Genetics make the man.

Most men have excellent genetics because only men with excellent genetics would have been allowed to reproduce. As we have learned, more women than men have reproduced over history for this reason.

Take your genetics comment to the toilet and flush it like the shit it is.

Some races are superior to other races however, depending on what your goals are.

Genetics set the groundwork. They set certain limits and as well as physical & personality predispositions. But predispositions are, by definition, not absolute.

The concept of "manhood" (a psychological/sociological gender construct) is different from the concept of "maleness" (a purely physical description). It's true that the fittest "males" are tall, muscular, strong & healthy with no disease (male indicators). Indeed, these factors are largely genentically predetermined & constrained.

On the other hand, the concept of "manhood" involves factors like being assertive, aggressive, confident, decisive & leadership, all of which are "plastic", which means they can be learned and trained. Even the effects of personality- and behavior-related genes can be diminished by the environment, which can drive changes in organisms. This is known as Phenotypic Plasticity.

Fundamental to the way in which organisms cope with environmental variation, phenotypic plasticity encompasses all types of environmentally induced changes (e.g. morphological, physiological, behavioural, phenological) that may or may not be permanent throughout an individual’s lifespan.

So, if you want to be technical: Genetics make a "male", but a "man" makes himself.

Not true.

You can change the way your genes express themselves.

And unless you were born seriously fucked up you're pretty much ok.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
