Being an ugly girl is like being a man. You got to work for it.

Where I work currently, it's funny to see how many women talk shit about other women in the work place who have bigger nicer asses and who are more attractive. Always hear them say "omg that girl is a slut" "she just walks around like she owns the place". Sounds like jealousy. They're just upset that they're unattractive feminsta ways aren't cutting it.

But I like talking shit about attractive women. Especially the ones with their udders spilling out of their shirts. And what can you do about it? Nnnoootttthhhhhinnnnngggg : ). And I don't want a 'bigger, nicer ass' AKA fatass. I am thankful I am not a cow with a big rump and udders.

Ha its the fat ass ugly ones that talk shit about the attractive ones who are petite and gorgeous who are getting all the attention. The worst thing they can say about the girls who are getting attention are that they're whores. And they're just jealous they aren't getting the attention themselves.

So if you are attractive, should you attach a photo to your CV to increase your chances of a call-back?

Duh, yes.

Better yet, get a super touched up headshot made. Use that.

I don't know where you are from, but I never heard of attaching photos to a CV.

It's standard practice in the UK, to attach a pic

Very interesting! I'm from the US (NY) and never heard of this.

Weird, you'd think the HR trolls would be dumping these resumes to cut down the competition.

Sounds like bullshit to me. Women don't get interviews/offers simply because, on average, they aren't as good of candidates as men are for a myriad of reasons. Out of twenty people interviewed for the job I just got, not a single one of them was a woman. Yet at the career fair I saw at least a dozen women submit their resumes for said job. Is it sexism or simply a company being smart about how to effectively dominate the marketplace through superior utility? Decide for yourself.

I've never found lookism to be prevalent in my industry (engineering). But then again, most engineers are not expected to be good looking or charismatic, just able to articulate solutions to technical problems in an understandable fashion.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
