I dance Tango, community is relatively small, a lot of people know each other. It's very social setting, people spend time dancing, talking to each other, flirting. I'm new there (less than a year), but I already know a lot of people. I flirt with women, we exchange compliments. I constantly get remarks on how they enjoy dancing with me, the way they touch and look at me gives me clue that it's not just friendliness.

So far I didn't ask out anybody because I care about my reputation. It's not Tinder where you un-match a person and they're gone. People will stay and personal issues will stay as well, also it might cause gossips. I'd like to avoid that.

There's one woman I like, she's very touchy with me, invites me to go with her to social events, yesterday she asked to add me to Facebook. After event we stood outside near her car and chatted, it was perfect moment to go for a kiss, but I told her that she's a beautiful woman and hugged her. One of the reasons was because other people might see us and I'd like to keep things discreet. Other reason is I'm worried about personal issues after things break apart.

I would appreciate any advice, especially if you had similar experiences.
