So fellow RP'ers what is your frame?

Although it is important to maintain frame, frame changes in different settings. My frame when with my fellow male friends is different than when hanging out with a girl. Don't pigeon hole yourself to only one frame. I advice not to "GO GET A FRAME", instead identify how various social situations make you feel and how they potentially could knock you off frame. Once you can identify your feels, practice maintaining your frame that fits that context and allows you to assert your needs and desires. Don't go play a character. Be you.

I would love to go get a frame. Unfortunately while I've learned to deflect and ignore other peoples' attempts to effect my emotional state, I find I have very little control of my own. Depression and general anxiety disorder contribute greatly to this. Meditation and hard workouts help, but shit man, I struggle with this. That and I'm still finding out who I am.

TLDR: I can't seem to build a fucking frame because I never feel steady enough to actually have a place to put it.

I always though of frame as an unspoken subtext a general air you give off while speaking.

With my male friends: I'm a winner lets have some fun, test me and see if I fail. (this needs to change as it doesn't really work in the corporate world.)

With women: You want to fuck me, I know it and you know it. If you work hard you may get the chance.
