It's that time again. The 60 day run-up to summer where we build new (good) habits that increase our SMV and attraction level, resulting in Soft Dread. Yes, 60 Days of Dread are here.

For those of you who have not participated in this before, the notion is simple: each week you will add a new habit to your life that will improve your SMV. We cover lifting, diet, hygiene, style, game, personal finance, career, and social life. At the beginning of the challenge you lay out what your new habits will be as well as the measure of success for those habits, that is, what you will get out of making the change. If you want to participate you should make your list this weekend, and for fuck's sake write it down. (But be sure to not leave it laying around for your wife to find or you're ruin the Dread part, dumbass.)

For first-timer guys, the comments section of the weekly post will be your chance to publicly talk about your goals in the area in question and track progress if you so choose. The post itself will be you reading the last two years' worth of basic posts.

For veterans of 60 DoD, the post itself will be what we hope is advanced material from our ECs and Mods. Life hacks, as they are sometimes called, but in reality more along the lines of secret sauce strategies to reach your full potential in each area.

On Monday, we will kick off the challenge with a special, modified AMA-type event: targeted advice. This will be where you can ask a particular question of a particular mod or EC. So if you decide that you want lifting advice from /u/bogeyd6 or general abuse from /u/weakandsensitive, you page him in your question and he will respond (as his time allows). Your opportunity to get the answer from a particular person you admire or think has it dialed in. (Be warned though, stupid questions will probably be met with more than the usual ire.)

So get ready faggots; there's a better version of you waiting to be made.
