How do you guys get your wives to workout?

Question in title. Already have passive dread going by being in very good shape myself but it’s just not working. What to do? Any advice?

MRP is sexual strategy for men in marriage in a world increasingly dominated by feminism. Sex is the primary issue and we have little to say about demanding character changes from your wife.

However, Red Pill has a couple tools.

First, Dread game played to the right level should induce a woman to stay in shape for her man. If she actually thinks she might lose you they usually shape up.

Second, Dread to an extreme level (perhaps combined with gaslighting?) so that she is a nervous wreck and can't eat has been known to get a fatty to put down the fork- but obviously not recommended. Unintended consequences and all that.

Third, leadership. Schedule the time, take her by the hand, and drive her to the gym. What if your 10 y/o daughter did not want to go to gymnastics? Do that.

Fourth, positive and negative reinforcement. Reward good behavior with time, attention and affection. Punish bad behavior with disinterest.

Fifth, clearly communicate expectations without your stupid covert contracts. Burn them with fire and explosions and bring it into the open.

That's it. As I said we don't have much. The coaching people would, of course want to find out from the lazy susans own mouth what might motivate her to bulk up. What do you think she would say?

I pulled my wife from the gym. And I work out early in the am so she can hit her gay as fuck group fitness class at night.

The better shape you are in the more motivated she will be.

What kind of shape are you in.

Dont withhold sex man, that's gay.

Gotta agree with this. I was lifting religiously for about 10-11 months before my wife started to take her fitness serious. Now she is working out with weights in the basement and regularly going to Yoga.

The 1000 ft rope lag theory fits perfectly here.

Passive dread is much more than just working out.

The sidebar has a link on it.

Just an afterthought, but women in general tend to give their self a higher than reality SMV, so she may think she’s above you. So, the more you workout and apply passive dread, she may become more likely to hit the gym. I put on 10 lbs of muscle before I saw her up her gym time.

It’s the same answer as to why you are here. You are the problem.

Get yourself looking so good that people are commenting on your appearance when the 2 of you are together.

My wife was making a halfhearted attempt. I’m not even very lean, but men have been commenting that I’m looking strong as fuck. I’ve subtly indicated that women seem to be more interested as well. I’ve been chatty with other women in public.

After a big fight where I withdrew attention she asked for me to set her up in a serious routine. All the deadlift examples were hot chics from IG.

She’s busting her ass now. This wasn’t even me trying very hard other than my gym regimen.

All of this happened while I improved frame as well. So basically just continue improving yourself is the advice.

I told the wife I would tie a rope around her neck and take her running with my truck if she got fat. That was over 30 years ago and she works out 5 days a week (110 lbs) and ripped. I'm not responsible for any violence or mental health issues should you try this at home kiddies.

The simplest answer is to lead her by example.

I'm in the same boat as you and this is the only significant issue in our relationship.

For reference, I have always been on the skinnier end of the spectrum, underweight until I got to college. All American Sprinter (DIII), and have been in sub 15% bf my entire life. I workout regularly and eat healthier (although my natural metabolism seems to allow for more shit in my diet then the average person).

Wife is borderline obese, (fortunately she wears it well, waist is still narrower than her hips.) She works out on average 3-4 days a weak. And all the food she cooks is on the healthy end of the spectrum. Tries to stay away from carbs and includes more veggies and meats into our dishes.

I've built up some decent passive dread that is starting to cross over to active dread. But I seem to have hit a wall. No matter how hard I lead by example, she will not loose any weight. The best she seems to do is not gain, never looses any.

Ways I've tried leading by example....

When out, I always order healthier dishes, and always leave food on the plate.

When together, I always eat in portions that I feel she should be eating at.

I work out and lift heavy. I have always had visible abs. 6'3 | 210lbs | sub 15% BF

Although she does work out, I always ask her to accompany me to the gym.

I discourage snacks in the house, but if there are any I take one for the team and consume them before she can.

I receive IOI's from other girls in front of her.

I still game her. (I still find her attractive as I love thick juicy asses, but the limit is only a few pounds away)

What I'm trying to say is that leading by example has it's limits. And now I'm at an impasse where I think it's time to start being overt about this issue. Maybe it's time to just state, "you're weight is becoming an issue." Has anyone else hear had any luck with demanding weight loss, or has traveled this particular road before?

This winter I've been trying my first serious bulk so I can start making faster muscle/strength gains. Try leading by example during a bulk!!!!! (and god damn is it hard to see that small bit of fat on your stomach during a bulk! Makes me want to skip meals.)

Eating healthy and exercising every other day does not add up to obese. I wonder if there is a secret binge stash or fast food habit. Emotional eating is no joke.

I was asking myself this same question recently. I work out at least 1-2 times per week, which is not a lot, but 1-2 times more than her. Im in good shape, she.... meeeeh, not terrible but could be better.

Anyways, I thought I was leading by example by eating well with her, and I even asked her if she wanted to work out together. Well, I think she finally decided to do SOMETHING since its a new year. She gave up her sugar addiction and stated she was going to join a class to work out a couple times a week.

Maybe some dread was coming into play since I told her she was boring in bed a week ago.

Bout fucking time. We want stuff to happen faster, always.

Nine months after I started hitting the gym 3 days a week, my wife got her ass in there - plus Weight Watchers.

You do it by taking care of yourself, setting the example, and saying nothing about her fitness or lack thereof.

When she starts feeling that your SMV is rising too high above hers, she'll get there on her own.

And, if not, that means she doesn't care - in which case the marriage is probably toast anyway...

You become a man of value by building your SMV. You begin to have options she cannot ignore.

Then she happily competes for you by becoming the best her feminine mind and body has to offer.

This includes going to the gym. Took mine 3 years after I started my MAP. No I should say it took me 3 years to provide that kind of SMV delta.

First step, stop trying to get her to do shit.

Second, buy a family pass to the local gym.

Third, use your pass. Move your gym bag to the backseat when she decides to use hers.

Fourth (if you absolutely have to have a wife that works out), file for divorce and propose to one of the gym broads.

Is there a buried question about your leadership duties in here too? I've recently gained some insight on that as well...nothing ground breaking, but if ur interested I'll expand.
