I fucked up and talked with her about our relationship. I'm constantly falling back into her frame. I'd even say back to level 1. I've been lifting for 3 weeks now. I mean actually lifting and working on form and increasing weight.

I would say I reset but I know haven't fully reset or I wouldn't post this garbage.

My plan to reset is ignore what was discussed, lift tonight, and get a good nights rest. Is this enough or does anyone else suggest anything to fully reset.
