Here is an example of what can happen when there's too much dread in an LTR: "She found a dating app on her boyfriend's phone. Then she bought a samurai sword."

It appears the victim, Mr. Lovell (aka "Biggie"), also went a little too far in removing time and attention--presumably because Biggie was spending 12 to 13 hours per day playing PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds computer game.

In this case, dread appears to have been the more powerful passive kind--Tinder app on his phone, red hair in shower drain (Biggie's LTR's hair is green), and scratches on his back "possibly from a romantic encounter."

Biggie's LTR's hamster then persuaded her to go shopping for a samurai sword, hide his phone (so he couldn't call for help), and when he fell asleep, begin attacking him with the sword. Her hamster satisfied, she eventually called 911. When the police arrived, the blood was too much, so she told officers "You need to help him." He went to hospital. She went to jail and was booked on first-degree attempted murder charges.

All of the articles I have read about this crime were written in an upbeat, humorous tone. (Reminded me of Sharon Osborne joking about male genital mutilation on The View.) Would the reporting be different if gender roles were reversed and Biggie had attacked his green-haired LTR?

Yes. I believe to much dread constant can hurt. It does in my relationship sometimes for sure. I am at level 8 24/7/365.

Most of women (non-CC) cant handle it day after day. Makes the sex fantastic thou. Requires vast amounts of comfort to keep her grounded.

But there is nothing I can do about it. I refuse to be fat, lazy, boring or have no game.

I signed up for a Powerlifting competition for this October. It has been difficult the last few days with her.

Yes. I have done tons of other comps from pro-am motorcycle racing to running and Ironmans.

But this will be the first time I step on a stage solo to do something like this.

Oh man, it's a rush. When I'd compete I would almost always hit 10-15# more than what I planned, be ready for some big pr's.

Have you looked into meet prep workouts? They're usually percentage based, so the first few weeks are light/boring af but they work.

I switched to nSun 4 weeks ago to get more volume, etc in. I have a bro is going to help me when we get about 8 weeks out to cut and stuff. He wants me to cut to 198 or lower to be in that class, so that will be a challenge in of itself.

Dread is a very simple concept.

  1. I am sexually attracted to other women.
  2. I could nail at least some of those women I'm sexually attracted to if I wanted to.
  3. And ideally, a subset of that group is younger and hotter than you are.

The casual subtext in all of this is. "You are not my only option". "You should conduct yourself in such a way that continued marriage and fidelity to you is my preferred option."

That is schizophrenic, inauthentic Dread Game at a minimum.

The goal of Dread is to activate the "fuck or flight" response in women (Men have a "fight or flight" reflex but women, when confronted with a strong man have a "fuck or flight" reflex. That is, the goal of Dread is to induce a TINY BIT of anxiety in your woman that she perhaps does not own you and that your commitment is dependant on her behavior in some measure.

That's it.

No Samurai swords, no felonious assault, no attempted murder.

Put another way, if a woman is so passionate that she chops up her BF when she suspects infidelity then it is extremely unlikely that you will need to use Dread Game at all. For a woman like this you just need some "Leadershp" and "Man Up" game, not Dread.

It is certainly enraging that a man get's his dick chopped off, or hit in the balls, and the women all laugh uproariously but they would be horrified if a woman got her breasts cut off or really any time a woman is inconvenienced.

Man mutilated, scarred for life, injured, near death.

But let a woman be inconvenienced in even the slightest amount and there is no laughing. This is a dead serious matter that we need to "fix."
