"Recruiting" is the wrong word for several reasons. I have suggested pm-ing dudes on DB and relationshits and directing them to this sub. Don't know if anybody has had success? Stoney and some of the guys are Tweeting away and I have done some things on You Tube.

The biggest problem is that the nomenclature is harsh and to the point, currently we are living in a society that wants to duck and hide or pop a pill and wallah, fixed.

I like commenting on AskMRP because i think it helps me stay sharp by forcing me to think through how I would respond if I were in the OP's shoes. My advice may be absolute dogshit, but the hope is that others here would call me out if that was the case and I'd learn something as a result.

I don't see the benefit of doing this on other forums, because the people there have no value to add or perspective worth considering.

But you do you. If you think it's a valuable use of your time, go right ahead.

RP advice on DB/LL/etc. forums and refer people over for more

If you can give similar advice without tipping them off or using buzzwords it can go well sometimes. Open referrals can be deleted or downvoted, but a mention after the post is off the first page will usually stay. Many noobs mention a PM tipped them off.

We've gone around and around before about the biggest difference between here and there is the difference between a "support" sub, and a "self-improvement" sub. They usually don't want to be told they are doing everything wrong, and it is their fault, and this is how you fix it...they want "support," i.e for others to make them feel better without actually having to do anything.

I still see these posts pop up occasionally and it's usually full of a lot of over-beta garbage, like, "Just keep being nicer to her and doing more chores and she'll come around when life is easy enough on her that she has time to think about sex."

Actually, I think a more common view is much more cynical and realistic (assuming the man isn't going to lose 30lbs and get some game). Leave them. You're HH, they are LL, talking doesn't work, you haven't fucked in years, just divorce them.

I don't do it on the internet. That's a waste of time. I have done it in person and know of three men that have turned their lives around in person and visit the boards regularly. I do this mainly because I am tired of the lies society tells itself. If I hear "happy wife happy life" or some other bullshit line I engage. A man whines about his life I ask "would you like to change it?"

But for every one that made it there are more that don't. Make no mistake...we are at war and there will be casualties as a result. If a man wants to remain in his blue pill state what is it to me? My brother in law is like this.
