I'm working through the Levels of Dread. I'm taking my time on Levels 1&2. I've started lifting (SL 5X5), got my testosterone straightened out, have read MMSL, NMMNG, and "What Shamu Taught Me About Life, Love, and Marriage." I've listened to everything "Black Phillip" related I can get my hands on, have watched The Blue Pill Professor's videos on YouTube and am currently in the middle of WISNIFG.

I get the concept of STFU and it seems to me like while we are internalizing the fact that everything that is wrong with our relationship is our fault we need to earn back the right to complain about problems in our relationship, by lifting, reading, and regaining Captaincy of the ship.

With that said, what do we do in the meantime to express our displeasure with our woman's behavior without losing frame? I've seen using the phrase, "My girl doesn't..." a couple of times here and wonder if there is a post, article, or book that explains the use of this phrase or other tactics for this situation.
