What pre, intra, and post-workout would you recommend? resnine February 9, 2019 4 upvotes /r/askTRP I'm trying to bulk, rather skinny, and starting a more intense workout-routine (45-1.5hr) 4 times/week. It's a mixture of body-weights and standard dumbbells and lifts. What pre, intra, and post-workout have you found that are the best.
