How do I bring my work personality to college, in the world, etc?

I had a similar problem when I left my hometown to go to college across the country.

You just gotta remind yourself that your still the same exact person who is super funny and charming while he's at work. It's not like you transform into a different person once you walk out of the store. It's all in your head. Just focus on carrying yourself in college and the world with the same confidence that you do while you're working. At some point you'll see that you're capable of being yourself wherever you go, and it will come naturally.

Because when you are talking to customers you will probably never see them again and if you mess up who cares, you are getting paid. When you are in college and have classes with these girls its a different story, especially if you already know the girl in some capacity.

You need to recognize that when you are graduated none of this shit will matter

Usually you have something they need. It makes the process easier because you have tools and can lead them due to logistics set in place and familiarity of the environment.

So if you get the resources they need IRL: muscles, your own place, some money to take them out and experience saying dumb shit to hot chicks anywhere and everywhere, in essence, you become the store.

Except now they wanna fuck the store.
