This isn't about the "don't shit where you eat" rule, but rather on how to professionally act around them, because it's clear most of them aren't.

In my experience they'll put the least effort required to keep the job, make everything harder for everyone else, won't take responsibility for their own mistakes, complain about the slightiest thing, de-motivate male coworkers and God help you if your boss is a woman.

You treat them like "men" and they accuse you of misoginy, they treat them like "women" and they suck at their job and make you look submissive.

Basically the only options I see are: 1. being stone cold and take no shit from them, but deal with the occasional talk with your boss because some bitch complained about your "bad attitude" (hence why I said you're SOL if your boss is a woman) and 2. tease them with some very light game, just enough to be "likeable" and become an "option" for her (because women only respect men they're attracted to), while mantaining the "don't shit where you eat" rule. The latter seems preferable, but only if you have abundance and can keep the act indefinitely, so it's not for everyone.
