I twinged my neck this morning getting ready for work and the pain has been extremely uncomfortable. I have to sit awkwardly on my desk chair and there's no way to settle myself so that I don't feel discomfort.

I've tried a cold compress to no avail and I've taken 1,000mg of Acetaminophen which has also done nothing.

It's making it impossible to get shit done at work and I'm already feeling negative emotions creeping in.

What's the best way I can frame this so I don't feel like today is just a shitty waste?

Apologies for the rant, I'm just feeling like crap right now as it's hard for me to even type and I'm forced to skip the gym tonight.
