First off, we need more people in this sub that actually help when someone has a question, and not just put you down, call you a retard, etc.

My honest advice though brother is that you don’t know your worth, or your value isn’t high enough. I’ve struggled with this hard in the past, used to get really jealous, etc.

You just need to start hitting the gym hard, meditating, reading, learning, focusing on you. Eventually you won’t feel threatened by other guys because you know your worth, and it’s Fucking high.

Relationships are the red pill on hard mode, and people would always say to create dread so she thinks she’s gonna lose you, etc. I call bullshit, because if you have to make up fake dread shit to feel like you’re high value, you’re not. Real dread comes from bettering yourself DAY IN AND DAY OUT. No one can compete with that.
