I've often been suspicious of high heels and why women need to wear them. The vast majority of guys I've come across don't even care about high heels. The only guys who care are a tiny minority who have a heel fetish.

In fact, many guys I've spoken to actually hate high heels, because it artificially raises a woman's height by 3-6 inches and makes them too tall in relation to them (and no, many of these guys weren't short to begin with).

Women claim to wear high heels because it makes their legs look better, but I've seen women in heels and without heels, and their legs look identical. Just raised a few inches.

I've always believed women wear heels to make themselves taller than their competition + to stop the shorter "inferior" men from approaching them (women generally prefer taller men - the taller the better, up to a point). Do you think this is true?
