You guys liked my other post on the science of female sexual selection so let's continue that discussion with the most important tool in your arsenal: Game, which is used to craft your Frame.

Without Game, you will not pick up chicks and get laid consistently barring buying prostitutes. I don't care how handsome, swole, or rich you are. It's the missing link to sexual success that most men are missing.

Now am I saying "genetics" or muscularity isn't important? Of course not. But muscles exist only to intervene in the instance that your Game elicits a physical confrontation due to a challenge to your Frame. Period. Never forget that.

Which brings me to where Frame comes from. Most of you guys have Frame all mixed up and convoluted so let me put it succinctly: Frame is simply how well you and others bend to the will of your Game.

Alright, so what the fuck IS Game exactly. Game is simply the words and actions you use to elicit a certain reaction. It's just a lay man's term for how you communicate. Therefore, EVERYTHING you do is Game when you're communicating in a way to elicit a certain reaction, and it is not simply something you turn on and off, you are ALWAYS gaming. In fact, you Game yourself, the way you think about yourself and treat yourself determines the way you interact with others, this is why people often get the idea of Frame confused and think it's simply about how you view yourself.

In short, Frame is how accurately your Game creates your intended results in a social setting.

When you open a Set, you go in with the intention of creating a certain Frame using Game, where you communicate using actions and words that should elicit a certain reaction that matches up with your intended effect. Let me give you an example:

I'll often open a Set with a self-amusing Opener. This is Game to lower her initial inhibitions and draw her into my reality, if she does so it means she's in my Frame, if I can keep her there then I have Strong Frame, if not I have Weak Frame. It's that simple.

Cool, so now we all know that Game creates Frame, but that's not very useful on its own. The question now is HOW can I use Game to build a Strong Frame and smash hoes?

This is where Pick-Up comes in handy. Gaming a chick isn't just about pulling her in, it's also about pushing her away. The thing about Strong Frame is that it isn't actually about doing something to her, it's also sometimes about doing nothing at all. It's why walking away when she gives LMR is what makes her the most sexually attracted to you in that moment. Often, I've noticed you guys think you need to constantly give her just the right line or amount of positive/negative attention to get her to jump your bones and that's simply not true. Strong Frame is about using Game WISELY, not just aggressively. Let me give you an example:

After the social hook point it's vital to layer in statements of intent that escalate the interaction to the point where you can layer in physicality, like a kiss. But after that moment, you HAVE TO BACK OFF. The pull away at this point is key because she'll start chasing you. So many guys go straight for the gusto and the interaction blows up in their face because they don't understand Game and therefore misunderstand Frame, forcing it to not align with their intent without understanding why their aggressiveness pushes her away when it initially pulled her in. Same goes for LMR.

Stop obsessing over Frame and start learning Game if you want consistent lays. I'm worried that too many of you are getting too caught up in the idea that all you need is confidence and bravery to get laid consistently. It will, at best, only work 50-50. To many women however, you'll actually just end up looking thirsty, little more than a braver-than-average Beta putting on a front without any actual knowledge of what he is doing. So please, in between sets at the gym and meditating under waterfalls, do yourself a favor and pick up some pick-up from guys like Strauss, Rollo, Chateau, Mystery, or whoever. Understand exactly when to use Kino, Push-Pull, Dread Game, Negging, Passing a Comfort-Test, Passing a Shit-Test, Build Rapport, Demonstrate Higher Value, etc.
