I'm asking because from my experiences and what I've observed women can treat an Alpha and Beta very similarly but it's how they react which is different.

The main overlap is with IOI's, small ones like how she looks at then/smiles/teases/laughs/touches. These a girl will often use in abundance with the mojority of lads. So I'm asking how do you guys recognize when a girl is dealing with a Alpha or just a Beta she needs a quick validation boost off?

From what I've seen(in particular one guy at work who's pretty brutal with the girls and always rapport breaking but self amused and laughing-most guys at work resent him a lot and most people says he's knobhead but then are friendly with him when he's around) often the girl will be flirty with the Alpha and then he will be flirty but very rapport breaking often just telling them to just shut the fuck up while smirking at them. This leads then to saying he's annoying or they hate him which he just laughs and shrugs off. The girls will often go to a beta male and flirt and joke with him often saying very similar things to what she was saying to the Alpha, normally it seems in a more comfortable manner (less tension means less pressure maybe?) The beta deals with this in their normal way sometimes they do well sometimes they don't, either way they lack sexual tension or chemistry, meanwhile the alphas is off flirting with another girl or just doing his job. Later he'll end up speaking to the first girl again and they'll carry on flirting.

So I'm asking about the differences in how girls act towards Alphas vs Betas day to day because from my view they give the same natural flirtyness (which gives them a baseline constant validation source) to most lads. And instead it's how the lad responds and treats her which differentiates them. This then leads to the girl giving the more Alpha guy a lot more shit test. Which he'll either use A&A if it's flirty jokingly or goes nuclear if she's just being a bitch.

What is your insight into this?
