According to your logic, Asians are less intelligent then westerns. Asian brains are much smaller then white people brains.

actually no, most studies find the opposite. Including the review I link to in the post. Keep in mind, for all groups there is lots of variation regardless so averages don't tell you about individuals, but the average is still informative about the population as a whole.

But you stated that mens brains are bigger then women's brains, that is why they are smarter :-)
Males average between 100 and 200 cubic centimeter larger capacity depending on the methods used in a given study.
Using the same logic, Asians have smaller heads then white people which means they have smaller brains :-) Therefore Asians should not be as smart as white folk :-)
For sake of argument lets say it was proven that women are less intelligent then men. It is known that the physical structure of the brain will change with different types of usuage. So i could argue that the reason why women are not as smart as men is because they get a pussy pass and do not need to use their brains as much.

Are you incapable of reading? most studies don't find asians to have smaller brains. Those that do tend to use estimation equations that underweight head wideness relative to length or height.
Identical twin studies pretty clearly demonstrate that IQ is mostly heritable. So you speculation is not really useful.
