Being strong makes her wet (FR)

So I just wanted to share something that happened yesterday that might be interesting

I’ve been lifting heavy and overcoming my lower back pain issues with my herniated disc

Hit my personal best of 185 squat last week

Been squatting 3 days a week with other other compound lifts

I fucked my wife yesterday around noon and took her for a surprise coffee date at 2pm

We came home and I was feeling strong and she hugged me and told Me I was thick. I said what do you mean ? She’s like your chest and upper body is getting bigger

I then grabbed her ass and said your thick too

She knows I love that big ass in her 5’4 120 frame. She’s a tight little package at 38 years old and is keeping slim and all her weight goes to her ass (if that’s possible)

We got joking around and she asked if I was going to squat at the gym I said no I’m going to do it here and I playfully picked her up and threw her over my shoulders and back and she started laughing and asked if she was going to be my weights

I banged out 10 squats and then started spinning around real fast in the living room and dropped her on the couch

The giddy girl stood up and she was Beeming and

She blurts out

“I think you just made my pussy wet”

I walked over and gave her a kiss and said let me check and slid my hand into her panties and sure enough she was soaked

Bad part was the kids were home in 5 mins and I had just fucked her 3 hours earlier

So there you have it

We already knew want a strong man and I saw first hand how my display of strength made her Knees week and pussy wet

And before anyone gives me shit about my lifts. My goal is 250lbs squat by the end of the year

6’0 180lbs and getting stronger everyday

It's relative. If you are now better than you were before: you'll get rewarded for your effort.

Keep going in the same direction.

We all had to start somewhere.

Hint: Stop responding to all the ribbing on your stats like a wuss. Its a stfu exercise. A worse weakness is mental weakness and feeling the need to defend.

Thanks for tip

[–]jerrymcguiver3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

Lucky you just got the tip.

told me I was thick

She is a fucking keeper, and an excellent liar.

[–]coinbaserep5 points6 points  (4 children) | Copy

Yeah she was commenting on the fact that am increasing my size since going to the gym

I’ve been 160lbs most of my life added 20 lbs this past year

I’m not pretending that I am something I am not Working on getting to 200lbs

[–]itiswr1ttenRed Beret8 points9 points  (1 child) | Copy

People are gonna give you shit

Roll with it

There's still a halfway decent reminder here

[–]coinbaserep7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

I don’t expect anything less from this sub

It fuels me to push harder and eat more

[–]downvotesanimals1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Oh, we got it.

[–]red-sfpplusHard Core Red4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

Man you DEER like a fag.

[–]hack3geRed Beret23 points24 points  (29 children) | Copy

I plugged your height, weight and squat into the standard strength calculator and it came back at “Pussy” level.

6’0” 180 - you should be over 200lbs - I’m 5’8” and 190 and I’m just barely starting to feel thick.

PS - since you couldn’t tell it was your frame and game that got her wet not your abysmal physical status.

[–]InChargeManRed Beret20 points21 points  (1 child) | Copy

So here's the deal: Be attractive, don't be unattractive. For all it's worth, getting huge is marginal ROI once you have passed "don't be unattractive". MRP pushes the "lift heavy" narrative hard, and for good reason, but the reality is that at a certain point it is less about how much bigger you can get and more about the changes that behavior has on the rest of your dysfunctional life.

You can be jacked and blue as shit or have RP frame and be disgusting. Both cases will get you some improvement over BP and unattractive, but you aren't firing on all cylinders. Getting your physical body attractive as well as your frame and personality is where you need to be.

Getting your body-fat percentage below 20% is bare minimum. < 15% is a good target. Sub 15% with decent muscle mass is 90% of the way there, where this is not what is holding you back, it is going to be all the other unattractive shit you say/do.

[–]hack3geRed Beret2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Agreed - sub 15% with decent muscle mass gets you to the point of diminishing returns and after that point the benefit is all mental (OI, frame, abundance, etc.)

Doesn't mean I don't want to be swole as fuck at 10% BF though!

[–]resolutions31611 points12 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yup. All mental.

Plus, you were fun. Fun is attractive.

(The relative change is also very noticeable early on)

Nice FR!

Thanks for being an asshole. Appreciate the feedback

[–]RP_PO2 points3 points  (5 children) | Copy

Yea 185 lbs is weak, but I wonder how many “monster” squats on this sub are genuinely ass to grass. Then again, I wonder if his 185 is ATG either.

[–]converter-bot4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy

185 lbs is 83.99 kg

[–]red88lobster2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Thank the bot God's for this !

[–]mala_madre0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Yeah you don't have to go atg in powerlifting dude. Sure if you do so to develop your legs, but for measuring strength it's not the standard

[–]RP_PO-1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy

Wait.....what’s a powerlifting?

[–]hack3geRed Beret0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

My squats definitely not ATG but it’s a work in progress as I am working on mobility but I definitely go slightly below parallel. I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s my hips or ankles - it’s most likely time for me to get a trainer to assist.

Anyone not squatting below parallel is asking for knee and back issues.

If someone were to tell the average person that they would "only" gain 3 lbs of muscle in a year after working out ~3X per week, they'd probably give up after a few weeks/months unless they got quick newbie gains. Cuz that's what most people do. Juice doesn't seem like it's worth the squeeze for all that effort.

3 lbs doesn't seem that much, over a year's time. Especially if it's your second year & you gained 5 in year 1.

3 lbs per year after {fill in the blank} years = huge, if you stick with it for years. And, if you don't get fat, it equals swole.

It's a long grind.

6'6", 235 lbs. Was 195 when I got married almost 3 decades ago. The juice is definitely worth the squeeze. It is totally worth it.

(OP, being strong won't make her wet. There are fat guys in every gym who are strong & no one wants to trade places with them. Being jacked, which makes almost every woman notice, will get the ball rolling, though)

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

My gym has a 'weekly' quote that I thought was good enough to put in my room.

"It’s a slow process, but quitting won’t speed it up."

It's definitely a long grind and even MORE difficult for people of our generation who are accustomed to immediate results.... sometimes without even leaving the house.

[–]hack3geRed Beret1 point2 points  (7 children) | Copy

TRT in my case - I’ve gained 10lbs an lost and inch maybe more off my waist in 4 weeks since I started. My lifts keep going up and up too - dunno where I’m at blood wise but doubt I’m above high end of range on 100mg a week. I’d be scared to see what would happen on a blast.

[–]InChargeManRed Beret1 point2 points  (6 children) | Copy

TBH I understand why you would go that route, but I have a real concern that you are now forever tied to this. Obviously you weighed the pros/cons, it just seems too far on the con side for me. Am I missing something?

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (3 children) | Copy

TRT for 2 years now. Lost 100 lbs of fat and gained close to 20 lbs of muscle. I wish I would have been on it earlier. I had Hypogonadism so my shit just blatantly did not work. So there are no cons for me. It all depends on what you need it for.

[–]InChargeManRed Beret0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Damn, that's a lot. Good work.

[–]hack3geRed Beret0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

100% agreed - if you actually needed it then it’s literally life changing.

[–]converter-bot0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

100 lbs is 45.4 kg

[–]hack3geRed Beret2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

I did research for 6 months. I understand all of the science (more than my doc according to him), got my own blood tests run and made the decision. I literally had the hormones of a 90 year old man. In my research I figured out that the 8 years I spent on SSRIs for anxiety and depression destroyed my HPTA system and my body was literally not producing any LH which came in at .9 which basically is shut down. My brain was unable to send signals.

I tried to raise it for 6 months doing everything I could - supplements, diet, changing my exercise habits. Towards the end I could no longer lift and I had massive joint pain from low E2 so even BJJ was starting to be a problem. I was 100% better after the first 3 days and felt amazing - it just keeps getting better. It is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself because I actually needed it.

To be honest - I probably would have died of heart disease without TRT as my E2 being that low raises my risk exponentially. TRT has been shown in studies to reduce CV events and improve length of life if managed correctly. Most of the studies on the heart problems and other things were prompted by people trying to stop the use of TRT and have been refuted.

I agree it’s a very serious commitment especially at my age but I’d rather live a fulfilling life while I can then be 90 years old and have been miserable.

I’m old as fuck with a bunch of mostly recovered injuries, including a herniated back disc (L5) when I was 26 y/o. Question : how do you even “think” about doing weighted squats whatsoever while recovering from this? No judgment and not talking like an internet tough guy here....just genuinely curious ??

[–]coinbaserep3 points4 points  (10 children) | Copy

Had a mri 2 years ago and a lot of back pain bending forward was very painful

Mri says herniated l5s1 and Spondylolisthesis And a bi lateral pars defect (fracture)

Couldn’t lean over the dining room table to hand the kids a glass of milk without shooting pain

I worked through physiotherapy and got my core strong. It’s been a painful 2 years as I worked on getting my core stronger

pain started going away

Stewart McGill big 3 exercises helped

https://www.acefitness.org/education-and-resources/professional/expert-articles/7077/low-back-rehab-exercises-stuart-mcgill-s-big-three

Started doing squats with just the 45lb bar doing low bar squat following starting strength protocol and kept adding weight

https://youtu.be/QhVC_AnZYYM

I’ve avoided deadlifts as it seems irritate my back. May reevaluate again soon

I’ve gotten squat up to 185 3 sets of X5 while using a lifting belt to stabilize my lower back and reduce the pain

185 is a struggle and causes some pain so I dropped back down and do 150lbs for conditioning and I keep adding weight back

It’s my belief that if don’t get my core stronger and lift heavy then the back pain is going to be a life long challenge. whatever is pinching in my back when I have an episode leaves me in excruciating pain for a couple days where all I can do is ice it and lay down

Lifting is helping to reduce the pain

I have some of the assholes here to thank for busting my balls this past year about using my back pain as an excuse for not squatting

[–]hack3geRed Beret1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy

In all seriousness - I herniated a disc 7 years ago - my squat is approaching 400lbs. Take it slow and the best thing you can do is squats and deadlifts for a fucked up back.

[–]coinbaserep0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

That’s reassuring. I Will start back with the deadlifts there is was no pain with while lifting but the next day and for few days after had a lot of pain which effects overall flexibility mobility I suspect it’s just from working new muscles groups.

[–]hack3geRed Beret1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Do you stretch your back? I started religiously doing stretches for my lower back - theres a good youtube video I can try and dig up if you aren't doing anything now.

[–]coinbaserep0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I don’t have a back stretching routine Hamstring and quads , but nothing for back comes to mind

Appreciate any links you have

[–]Luck-670 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Makes sense. Good work

[–]kratbegone0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy

I had herniated as well and now back is stronger than ever thanks to squats. Had to stop deadlifts for now as my upper back starting having issues and the herniated disks were lower. I also was crawling on floor to go to bathroom and could not raise my right foot. Never going back to that shit.

[–]coinbaserep0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

I was up to 175lb dead lift but it was causing too much pain in my lower back.

I went back to down 100lbs just to perfect my form and condition the muscles to get use to that lift I am going to slowly add weight overtime while still pushing my squat goal of 250 by the end of the year

Had no pain during or after deadlifting 100lbs

I am loving the squats it gives me such great overall workout

[–]kratbegone0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

Try putting some bumper weight below the barbells since you are probably having flexibility issues. I have a long back and do that for I round my back. Also video yourself to self correct if you don't have anyone to check your form.

[–]coinbaserep0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Thank you. Maybe having the weight raised up will help. Lifting the weight up is never a problem but lowering back down to starting position is where i get most discomfort from deadlift

[–]kratbegone0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Ok make sure to also keep the bar rubbing your legs on way down as well as up. Mant people go to far out since easier down which will stress. Also look up 7 stretches for powerlifter for warming up.

Don't respond to shit like this. Hold your frame in all aspects. You have a frame here too. Responding to shit-comments like this does nothing but forces you to DEER for Validation.

Besides half of these types of comments are guys reaching for validation at your expense. They want all of the man-o-sphere to tell them they are fierce, cool, funny, or tough.

[–]coinbaserep2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

Shit. I’m confused. Should I respond to you and say thank you or ignore you

Either way. I am learning to maintain frame in all aspects of life.

My wife pissed in my mouth while on top 69. She gagged on my cock too much and dribbled piss right in there.

[–]Red-Nerd131 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

There it is.

[–]Tbonesupreme3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

Man...

I just can't understand getting this excited about touching my wife's vagina.

But good for you...

I just know that if I picked my wife up and spun her around a bunch of times, I wouldn't be trying to fuck her - I would be trying to get her dizzy ass to try walk across the living room until she tumbled like a toddler.

[–]fruitylad1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Similar experience here.

Im very short at 5'0, weight 125 lb, can now squat 194 lb for 3x5 due to 5 months on stronglifts. I was messing with the wife and squatted her a few of times whilst playing around and a few days later she slipped into conversation with a friend i could squat her.

When i was out in a nightclub a few years back a small skinny girl was dancing in my direction so i danced with her, and when we were stood side by side I put an arm round her waist and lifted her, she looked at me and said 'your the man', was super into me from then on during the night, i wasnt even strong then, was lifting a little but not seriously,, she just didnt weight a lot.

Recently in a nightclub a girl randomly came up to me and said 'your amazing' (i occasionally get that kind of thing due to my height), i didnt even say anything, just lifted her up, she was saying 'no no' as i was doing it, then she walked off. 5 mins later she came back and said, 'you really impressed me then'.

Being so short i think girls assume im weak, by demonstrating i can lift them suddenly changes there mentality from, oh look at the cute short unfuckable guy, to shit this guy is way stronger than i thought, hes actually a guy whos a sexual threat

[–]InChargeManRed Beret1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Report back, how was the sex at night? Getting her wet and not fucking is fun too, it just builds the excitement and desire a bit.

[–]coinbaserep0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I didn’t fuck her that night. As we had great sex that afternoon and I wasn’t feeling it

Last night however was great won’t go into great details but will say she sucked and fucked and got it hard in prone position while she sucked 2 of my fingers like a hungry slut and milked my cock by flexing those ass and pussy muscles

Ok maybe Just a little more detail

I'm lifting/doing other exercises but afraid to do 5x5 stronglifts because of that problem too....can you give me some tips?

Great improvement brother.

This happened to me as well, I hugged a lesbian girl and then lifted her up. Later she texted me that I made her wet when I lifted her... I guess i showed physical strenght that her girlfriend never could.
