I had my shoulder dislocated last monday, thankfully I removed the elastic band before 3 weeks as adviced by the orthopedic from the hospital.. I hit the gym again and felt great, light stuff though. I have chest pain when I breath (probably from given CPR while unconscious) and left back pain..

What can I do about it now ?

my chest hurts when I breathe deep, move my left arm, meanhwile my right shoulder is the one that got injured. I wanna go to the gym and pump it up as soon as possible again.

Any suggestions from experienced lifters and in injuries?
