Bro please tell me I'm blind and that this isn't a quote from the article:

But despite the recorded evidence that Feibleman alleged proved he had not assaulted the woman, Columbia investigators determined he was responsible. The school found that the female student was unable to consent because she was too drunk.

WTF?!?! Even after having proof that she made the accusation up, the school is siding with the girl who made the fake accusation? What? Are you fucking kidding me?

It is the story of Hazrat Yusuf (PBUH) repeating itself. He was basically a giga-chad Prophet in the Qur'an and Zulaikha (wife of an important Egyptian aristocrat) wanted to fornicate with him but he refused her advances. She accused him of attempted rape and he spent many years in the jail.

Except it's much worse today, where every female is treated like some aristocrat; all women are queens, you know.

[–]EkMard17 points18 points  (2 children) | Copy

Not giga-Chad, only mega-handsome.

[–]BurnoutRS25 points26 points  (0 children) | Copy

This Chad spectrum is news to me. I want a full breakdown on my desk by this afternoon.

[–]noots1231239 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy

That's just Western painter's imagination (they usually painted feminine face as the ideal). Zulaikha and her friends cut their hands when they saw him while cutting some fruit. So obviously, he was insanely handsome/chad. Here's the complete verse:

So when she heard of their scheming, she sent for them and prepared for them a banquet and gave each one of them a knife and said [to Joseph], "Come out before them." And when they saw him, they greatly admired him and cut their hands and said, "Perfect is Allah! This is not a man; this is none but a noble angel." Quran Surah Yusuf, Ayat 31.

You mean Joseph, the son of Jacob? From the old testament?

[–]noots12312318 points19 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yes, we call him Yusuf, the son of Ya'qub. Basically the same person with minor variations.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (3 children) | Copy

LOTS of overlap between the Bible and the Qur'an. It's almost like they were written by almost the same group of people worshiping the same thing in mildly different ways or something.

Are you fucking kidding me?

There have been even worse cases, like the girl who gave a blowjob to a guy who was passed out: he was evicted from college because at no time did she verbally consent to having oral sex with him.

Title IX has been administered by feminist SJW's who simply say "if there is no verbal consent by the female it is rape and the man must be removed from college".

Fortunately there has been a significant legal backlash to this, hopefully the colleges will fix this shit when they feel it in their pockets.

[–]Bazino5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy

wait. she wasn't charged with rape?

In the USA (and most other countries) "rape" is defined as "penetration of a victim against their will", so in US legal terms a woman simply can't rape a man.

[–]omega_dawg9310 points11 points  (1 child) | Copy

so that's why all these school teachers are "having sex" with underage boys instead of RAPING them.

here in Louisiana, two female school teachers got a 15 yr old boy drunk, took him to a hotel, fucked each other, then fucked him.

a man would go to jail for simply thinking about doing that level of crime against an underage girl.

women want equal rights... let's start with these rape sentences.

The pinkos running school administrations don’t believe men, especially white men, have any rights. They believe trial by media, kangaroo courts, and public opinion supersede the rule of law. They get away with stomping on your rights because it’s a private business, funded by...government backed loans...operating n the USofA. I know this because a friend of mine waisted years of his life defending and then finally suing in a real court of law a dumb bitch who said he assaulted her. This was back in ‘08 too. It’s only gotten worse.

And the really scary thing is that there is absolutely no way to tell if this is going to happen beforehand. The guy was partially saved by his recording, but that wasn’t enough to prevent his education from being destroyed, and his life negatively affected in a big and potentially permanent way.

This is what happens when you give highly emotional and spiteful lifeforms the ability to destroy a man's life. Very easy for men to get "metoo'd" these days and if you're on a college campus the realm of possibility goes up exponentially.

[–]DarkSyde30001 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

I agree, the problem with that however is how popular socialism has become, how many kids are praising it, and now many socialist reside in big government now. That makes all the empire building extremely difficult when it gets right down to it. That's like placing a ticking time bomb in the economy to go off at a later time in the future. These are people who think wealthy people shouldn't be allowed to co-exist in our society. Dangerous times.

Yes, sadly Texas may very well go blue in another 2-3 elections. The California migration in the millions to places like Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas have severely crippled that state in a lot of ways. The lunacy is spreading like the plague because they can't afford to live in their west coast epicenter anymore.

I agree with the whole leaving the country thing. There's some other places, mostly in Asia, that I've been looking at going to in the next 7 years or so.

[–]OldMGTOW0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

They will be inoculated against this bullshit. We are victims because we are unprepared for this stupidity.

In many places, accusations are so prevalent, that things are being done to prevent them. Namely, isolating women. A sad ending to the integration on the society and workforce that women wanted so much.

[–]Chadster113124 points125 points  (17 children) | Copy

I remember reading a post on sex subred about a fellow pussy slayer that had a similar problem with a woman, although less severe. He had expressed interest in this one girl who he saw on university campus and later he tried to have sex with, but for what ever reason he couldn't get an erection with her. Now you have to keep in mind that this guy has slayed enough pussy in his past so he didn't sweat it that much.Rather, he then decided he would try again with this girl because why not? She's pretty easy on the eyes. Nice tits and all. Again he had the same problem: no erection. Third time she contacted him but he turned her down to even hang out.

After the rejection he had found out that this girl had been spreading rumors that he was gay to everyone on campus. Girls absolutely cannot handle rejections that guys get every day

[–]5Imperator_Red71 points72 points  (15 children) | Copy

For proof of this, try turning down your gf when she initiates sex “because you don’t feel like it” and watch the fireworks.

[–]Endorsed ContributorKeffirLime53 points54 points  (1 child) | Copy

It hurts so much because deep down they know they only really have their sexuality to offer. When that is rejected, you're rejecting her very being.

The only way to save face is by projecting their failure to seduce onto her male target. He raped me, he's gay etc.

[–]DarkFunExist6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

daaamn, you just brutally exposing these women by describing their being as mostly sexuality and nothing else. I mean, its kinda rude to say, but true.

[–]Bone_Coat18 points19 points  (0 children) | Copy

Once, I turned down a chick at a bar because I was not into her -low SMV- and her friends turned crazy against me like: "are you fucking gay or what? , go fuck her right now, you are a man, so do your thing!!"

[–]Mukato 1 points [recovered]  (6 children) | Copy

I've done this and they either get pissed, or will rape me.

[–]MilkMoney11114 points15 points  (5 children) | Copy

Like normally that would be hyperbole and laughed off as a joke. But my ex did this too. Some days I simply didn’t want to fuck her bc she was unpleasant to be around. She took so much offense and basically forced me to fuck with a semi hard dick until she came. Just didn’t want to listen to her damn bitching. In hindsight it was rape

[–]u-r-silly0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Did that "duty sex" change your view on the matter?

[–]MilkMoney1110 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I’m not quite sure what you’re asking. If you’re asking if I think girls who have sex then regret it and claim rape it doesn’t change anything. I was just saying by the feminist definition of rape, I was raped. But I’m not going to go around telling everyone I was raped. I simply had sex with an annoying girl to shut her complaining up because she was so offended someone didn’t want to bone her 24/7

[–]TheeSweeney-4 points-3 points  (4 children) | Copy

[–]SouloftheVoid0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

It's even funnier when you reject SJW feminazi women and they immediately call you a faggot.

[–]Bazino91 points92 points  (3 children) | Copy

They do not even realize how they are hurting their own cause.

Before #MeToo I was inclined to believe women because let's face it, there are some animals out there and even to it's not a 99-1% issue like feminism wants us to believe, most (as in the majority) sexual assaults are committed by men and 1v1 situations are always hard to prove.

But since #MeToo I do not believe a single claim unless there is hard evidence. Any 1v1 situation I now believe the guy.

And everytime a women says "I have also been a victim of sexual harassment" I automatically assume she's talking about a guy literally just saying "hi" to her at the wrong moment, since some of the feminazis really say that's sexual harassment.

[–]askmrcia31 points32 points  (0 children) | Copy

And everytime a women says "I have also been a victim of sexual harassment" I automatically assume she's talking about a guy literally just saying "hi" to her at the wrong moment, since some of the feminazis really say that's sexual harassment.

Same and that's because often times it's the truth. Women always want to play victims. Every relationship that ended the guy was either abusive, asshole, fuck boy or loser.

Every single time. It's why I can't take what they say seriously anymore. It sucks for real victims though.

[–]vullnet12310 points11 points  (0 children) | Copy

Look at the kirstaps porzingis accusation. She claimed rape, had paperwork "signed" by him with his name misspelled lol. A nba coach, Luke Walton, got accused not too long ago, the reporter went to his hotel room and he supposedly threw himself on her

[–]Frenetic_Zetetic0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

They do not even realize how they are hurting their own cause.

If they did understand (anything), they wouldn't be feminist trash in the first place.

[–]throwlaca70 points71 points  (5 children) | Copy

This is *VERY* common.

An (ugly, ultra-feminist) girl I turned down 2 years ago, accused me of rape in a public forum. Just like that. She called me rapist (she didnt even file a police report). I never even touched her, not even a single kiss. Just danced with her for 5 minutes in a birthday party and then I left, alone. 2 years later, she still harasses my current LTR online.

Lonely feminist girls are the devil incarnate. They have incredible power. They have lots of free time, and now they are starting to get money too. Their words are believed as if they came from the pope itself. Most of them are still teenagers. What could possibly go wrong?

[–]5Imperator_Red26 points27 points  (4 children) | Copy

They have incredible power.

Yet another manifestation of clown world. Turning traditionally the most powerless and worthless group into people whose opinions somehow matter.

[–]TheeSweeney-2 points-1 points  (3 children) | Copy

What the fuck kind of mental gymnastics are these people doing.

[–]SrgntPetersburg-1 points0 points  (2 children) | Copy

When did he say he believed men were oppressed. He was referring to how feminists have transformed women from not having any voice to having louder voices that men today.

[–]TheeSweeney0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

I was describing the people /u/Imperator_Red was describing.

They were saying that in this weird twighlight zone of RP, women - particularly queer women - are given this unholy power, when in reality they are an oppressed group. At least that's how I interpreted it. They seemed to be going against what the person they replied to was saying, and I was agreeing with /u/Imperator_Red in that this sub has a tendency to overstate the social power of traditionally powerless groups.

[–]throwlaca0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

If you think they are powerless go on twitter or facebook and insult them. And see what happens.

[–]IRunYourRiver96 points97 points  (24 children) | Copy

I hate this shit for the obvious reasons and also because I now have such a high degree of skepticism around accusations of sexual misconduct. Ugh. Damn you, red pill. Is it too late to take the blue one?

[–]JohnIan10166 points67 points  (0 children) | Copy

Is it too late to take the blue one?

Yes. Yes it is.

Women lie too.

[–]BeholdTheHair44 points45 points  (5 children) | Copy

Seriously. Every time I hear an allegation of sexual misconduct I have to consciously stop and remind myself that, while doubt is good, automatically assuming the woman is lying is no better than automatically assuming the man is guilty.

Even if the former is probably statistically (much) more likely.

[–]Satou417 points18 points  (0 children) | Copy

You should always assume the accuser is lying until the conviction. Sometimes even after, if the conviction happened without evidence. This way you prevent bias against the accused.

[–]TheImpossible122 points23 points  (0 children) | Copy

Nah, fuck them. I always assume the worst.

[–]TheGweatandTewwible5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy

I don't assume anything, tbh. Whatever the fuck happened, happened. I don't really stress myself with thinking if the gal is lying or if the dude is actually Ricky Rapist.

However, if you've taken the red pill, usually just hearing the story from the woman's side will give a lot of insight on whether or not it could be true, cause we know how solipsistic they are. A half-baked regret rape story can be spotted a million miles away.

[–]PS2Errol4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

You shouldn't be assuming anything. Evidence is the only thing that matters. Until there is evidence what the woman or man says is irrelevant. The accused remains innocent until found guilty.

[–]TheeSweeney0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Do you have any sources to support your claim that a woman lying is "(much) more likely" than a man lying?

[–]TheeSweeney2 points3 points  (16 children) | Copy

Just look at the actual numbers on false reports. It's laughably low. This is a case of confirmation bias where you (speaking generally, not about you personally) remember the things that support your worldview and gloss over things that don't. We all do this, and unfortunately knowing we do this doesn't make it that much better.

Approach your own beliefs with the same degree of skepticism you approach accusations of sexual assault. Introspection is important and it's not weak to change your beliefs when confronted with evidence.

People on here might try to say that the false reports are so low because many of the people that were convicted were done so as a result of false reports. But while I'm sure this has happened a few times, I have not seen any credible evidence that suggests any significant portion of sexual assaults convictions are the result of false accusations (for the record, wrongful convictions don't fall into this category, which is to say, if an assault happens and the wrong person goes to jail that doesn't really qualify as a false accusation since the rape/assault did actually occur. Wrongful conviction is a totally different issue, and honestly it mostly ends up being a racial one, so well outside the wheelhouse of this subs primarily white readership.)

[–]orcscorper7 points8 points  (1 child) | Copy

"Ackshual numbers"? Feminists claim that 2-3% of rape claims are false, based on absolutely nothing except their own delusions. Over half of the time a woman reports a rape to the police, no rape took place. It only gets worse when they make claims to school administrators, their friends or social media.

The innocence project has exonerated hundreds of men after DNA evidence proved they didn't have sex with the accuser, consensual or not. They weren't all cases of mistaken identity after a stranger rape totally happened, either. Many of the "victims" knew the real victims, and knew goddamn well they never raped them.

[–]TheeSweeney-1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy

I never made the 2-3% claim. I never made any claim except the numbers are "laughably low".

Feel free to post any studies you think treat this subject matter fairly and without bias. If your contention is that all research on this is biased then there's nothing to discuss since you've made your position unfalsifiable.

I also specifically said wrongful convictions have no relevance here since that doesn't mean the sexual assault took place. Wrongful convictions are a much more complicated topic than simply being completely fabricated claims. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously terrible, and often racism or even just the difficulty in differentiating people of another race play into it. It it outside the scope of this discussion to bring in wrongful convictions.

[–]SrgntPetersburg3 points4 points  (4 children) | Copy

The statistic that states that only 2-3% of rapes are proven false is a misrepresentation of statistics. Those 2-3% of cases are only cases that have been PROVEN to be false. That leaves about 97-98% of rape accusations unproven or inconclusive. That margin of error is too great to form any conclusions from. Verbal surveys that asked random officers about what percentage of rape accusations are false came with the results that most officers agree that 7-8/10 rape accusations are false.

Additionally, these "numbers" also tend to rely a lot on the woman admitting that her report is false (might be the numbers you are referring to, might not). That is not a reliable metric anyway because why would a woman admit to lying about rape or sexual misconduct.

[–]TheeSweeney0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

I never said any numbers or referenced any stats. I'm encouraging /u/IRunYourRiver to do their own research because I know no matter what I post in here, it'll be downvoted unless it somehow confirms that false accusations are super prevalent.

Feel free to post any studies you think are relevant.

[–]SrgntPetersburg0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Oh, thanls for the clarification.

[–]IRunYourRiver0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I'll just add that I'm honestly exasperated that my bullshit radars are turned up to 11. /u/TheeSweeney is right that these sorts of anecdotes, as instructive as they are, don't necessarily add up to an epidemic of false accusations. Healthy skepticism is good and warranted but wholesale conspiracy-theory-level dismissal is not helpful.

[–]IRunYourRiver1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Great comment. And, yes, I'm in the midst of recalibrating toward a RP view and so will overshoot on certain issues. I agree that the incidence of outright false reporting is likely to be low. But I worry to a much larger degree about how perceptions drive narrative when it comes to sexual harrassment / assault. In effect what becomes criminalized is not behavior per se but rather the perpetrator. The desirable HVM can get away with a lot more than the socially awkward beta. We already know this, so maybe it isn't worth talking about. But it seems useful to consider that in effect what is happening is that people are being targeted rather than behaviors.

Who would you rather have complaining at you? 1 guy who is clearly rational, calm and level-headed OR a band of screeching, hairy, multicoloured feminazi's who have gotten their way time and time again through relentless campaigns of illogical whining, backed up by a media so desperate for advertising revenue that they will fuel the flames of any "controversy" to keep pushing stories?

I'm telling you, the board are full of scared, little men who rarely see a sensible and powerful female voice within society, able to shut down these ridiculous, B.S. events.

Edits = As if html tags don't actually work -_-

Well on that note, I'd rather have some emotional bitches screeching at me than pay a male student a lot of fucking money for wrongfully expelling him (if he wins the lawsuit)

[–]2Overkillengine56 points57 points  (0 children) | Copy

That's the thing we have too many men that will just roll over and take it instead of fighting to get their pound of flesh.

Because they have the false notion that if they play nice enough, The System Will Do Its Job As Stated. Which is a fucking lie. Every organization acts to preserve its own interests, even be it at the expense of an individual that refuses to realize they needed to go for the metaphorical throat and force the system to do its job by ensuring that its agents would face far more issues by neglecting their duties instead of enacting them properly.

Playing nice is just modern appeasement tactics. Any honest student of history knows how well those work out on a long enough timeline.

To play devil's advocate and defend the university

What you're doing here is to provide an explanation to their behaviors, which is fine, but please don't use the word defend, as intentionally ruining someone's life is not defendable. Especially when they're a student and you're a teacher.

[–]SouloftheVoid3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

You can get security/campus police to mace and taze the raging bitch feminazis before expelling them from the school for bad behavior and misconduct.

Western society at large is ruled by scared, little men. What took centuries of civilization and progress built by strong men was being torn down in just a few decades by weak men.

I agree with this statement

Well, guess that Billy Graham/Iron Mike Pence rule is not so stupid now.

[–]redaftrp23 points24 points  (0 children) | Copy

I observe that rule as well, it was taught to me by one of my supervisors. Given some of the stories I’ve heard of women facing disciplinary action, they’ll do anything to avoid the charge, to include stripping naked screaming, and screaming rape.

[–]Thynome12 points13 points  (2 children) | Copy

If I worked in a regular job, I'd absolutely do this. Especially if she's young and/or new to the company.

[–]NoFaithInThisSub 1 points [recovered]  (1 child) | Copy

you do it anyways, the girls are basically ALL warped in their ideology. I don't even want to be alone with females in my church that's how bad it is.

[–]Thynome2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Where I work, there are always multiple recorders running and the very few women are professionals who got there by hard work, no exceptions. I'm still careful though. In some office job I'd be bloody out

I'm a student pilot btw

The pence rule definitely helped me survive SJW/feminist dominated art school for 4 years.

You are a brave man. I study engineering, but even being at the same school with those abominations is fucking dangerous

[–]SouloftheVoid1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Is that even enough though? What if you still get accused anyway and they believe her despite evidence or alibis like this guy had? The only way to stop this is brutal retribution starting with suing everyone involved.

[–]chadwickofwv2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

There is no way to eliminate all risk, you can only reduce it as much as possible.

[–]1TRUEKING30 points31 points  (1 child) | Copy

this mattress girl made a sex tape to re enact the alleged rape to "prove" her encounter was rape.

[–]ChrimsonChin98857 points58 points  (1 child) | Copy

Smart dude...

Instead of suing the girl back he sues the university back years later for that sweet $.

Playing the long con

[–]SouloftheVoid26 points27 points  (0 children) | Copy

It doesn't matter if you are apex alpha Chad, blue pill Billy beta, or MGTOW, any man can be falsely accused of rape and have his life ruined even if there was no sex. The only way to fight this is to do what this guy is doing: sue everybody involved into oblivion. Never apologize, never surrender! Drag everybody to the courts, even if you lose they will have had to spend thousands of dollars to defend themselves. When the cunts starts seeing every bitch who cries #metoo sued into the poor house they will think twice about pulling these sorts of shenanigans.

And WTF is up with keeping the lying bitch anonymous while outing the guy with actual evidence proving she lied?

[–]BurnoutRS19 points20 points  (0 children) | Copy

Hey there student of our university. How's your education going? Feel good about the thousands of dollars you had to take out on loan just to be here? Yeah you'll pay it back once you graduate and put that degree to use. Before you do though, we've got this annoying, entitled cunt who's never really been made to question or even acknowledge that her actions have consequences. She says you raped her. Sorry about your luck bro. Now, we know you're gonna have legal fees and shit but dont worry man, the student debt will also be there. As well as the looming spectre of what your earnings might have been if you had actually gotten the degree.

Later in the article

Recently, an Australian woman who accused a 36-year-old man of sexual assault, after he stopped to assist her when her car broke down in 2018, admitted she made the whole thing up,

I think women should be banned from any drugs or alcohol if they aren't responsible for their actions.

Russian women know how to be good wives, yet their men have become drunks. I see an oppurtunity here.

[–]Irtotallynotrobot1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

I hope to find out for myself. If you really want to spook yourself, spend a little time with gen Z girls. Dunning-Kruger and entitlement are astounding. I haven't met a single one that I thought was developing the skills to mother either.

[–]nogfnotaxes8 points9 points  (8 children) | Copy

This is an everyday thing happening in basically every social circle. Most never go to the police but tell their lies and their lies have impacts. Often it's just a lie for one night where someone did something and she potentially starts a fight or drama out of it.

Most who go to the police end up dropping their cases, usually themselves cause they said it after having a fight with a partner and have now made up. The police drop plenty because thankfully, unlike common opinion here, women aren't very good at lying and keeping their story straight. Logic often cuts a swathe straight through them, once questioned their reasoning is like a toddler trying to deny he stole the lolly. They depend on not being questioned. They hate it.

Only islam has dealt with this issue properly. There's no other way. The amount of race riots, inter-tribal violence, centuries long clan feuds, basic deaths and fights caused by women lying about this subject is consistent throughout all of history.

Women lie about it very often. This is a fact. Therefore the only way to stop this is to put the onus on them to not put themselves in situations where the act can occur.

[–]TheEgyptianConqueror5 points6 points  (7 children) | Copy

As I've said before, everyone is free to have his opinions on Islam, but just like they have problems we don't have, we have many problems they don't have

Edit for clarity

[–]nogfnotaxes1 point2 points  (5 children) | Copy

okay? i'm a white male who has no interest in islam. jesus christ you people get triggered at the word don't you LOL.

Getting Triggered 101:

If you get triggered, accuse the OTHER person of getting triggered. They'll never know!

[–]nogfnotaxes1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

i think that's what you just did.

[–]TheEgyptianConqueror3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy

What no I'm not triggered, I'm supporting this guy. I'm not Islamic either, I'm just pointing something out

[–]nogfnotaxes2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

oh right sorry nevermind then

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

This is a *really* interesting direction of thought. I find TRP to be somewhat schizophrenic in its attitude towards Islam. Many tenets of TRP seem to be pointing towards Islamic conclusions, but I suspect most TRP readers find this to be an undesirable direction.

[–]OlofPalmeBurnInHell1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Terrible. I will not be surprised if men will start killing/raping/etc women just because they are women.

[–]midgetpooooo0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Is there a better source than The Pluralist?

[–]DarkFunExist0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Soo, did she succeed to fuck the guy after she accused him of rape? Very good solution huh. If she accused him of rape because of benefits, that would be logical, but still bad thing. But she simply accused him with evil intentions. if i am right.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
