I like target, I found some really great modal undies (more breathable than cotton and feels like a little bit softer of a cotton) in black with a cute mesh/lacyish waist band and I feel very confident in them :)

I buy mine at LaSenza. It's a Canadian company, but they ship to the US and I think the UK too. The ones I buy are 100% cotton, with a lace waistband, very comfy and cute.

I bought my last bunch at Rue21 online. Some had weird cuts, but most are comfy and nice. Yandy is another cheap option with a wide variety. Both of the above also have sales regularly.

By the way do you wash your panties by hand or in the washer? I find when I wash them by hand they get cleaned better (don't get stained/discolored) and seem to hold up better.
