We've all heard it, guys who are creepy/inappropriate, or who won't take no for an answer. We live in the age of #MeToo after all. So why does it happen? It's in no small measure due to the fact that guys are still expected to initiate everything. Furthermore, I also think most women know this and are fine with it. After all, it takes courage to put yourself out there, and it sucks to be rejected. Why go through it when you can just sit back and wait for them to come to you, choosing from among them as you see fit?

I think a lot of confusion and misery would be avoided if women learned to be more proactive and both genders stopped playing mind games.
