What qualifies as lying?

I've always been honest to my partner. I told my ex that I had zero romantic or sexual experience before I met him, and while I've never given my SO the number he knows that I've had 1 relationship before him and I'm not at all interested in sex outside a relationship. My SO never asked, but I'm pretty sure he "knows" my n count (aka guessed it correctly), but if he ever asks I'll give him the honest answer.

The only thing I've done that could possibly qualify as lying was nod my head yes like I knew exactly what was going on (spoilers: I didn't) when friends talked about boys.
