Q4WOMEN: How does a man's status affect you?

Ladies, if you're looking for a man, how does his status affect you?

Assume a fit, 6', white, brown hair, medium build, blue eyed man notices you.

You're at one of your regular venues, he approaches you, you like his air of confidence and how relaxed he is, he seems to know other people where you two are and has good social skills. He dresses well, clearly must take care of himself, and you find yourself comfortable pretty quickly and talking and laughing with ease. You feel some visceral attraction already and hope he wants you too, this guy feels like a real man.

Then you find out he's loaded, self made money.

What thoughts or feelings go through your mind next? How does your attraction change, how does your desire change(desire for what)? Do you consider more possibilities with this man after learning about his high status?

Edit: To clarify, here I am referring to his socioeconomic status, and not other forms of status. If socioeconomic status does little to nothing for you, what form of status would affect you more?
