I actually know xkcd. Not well enough for him to remember me, but we played chess in college and I argued with him about whether or not xkcd was actually random or if he had a method for developing that handle.

Cute story aside, I haven't been following his cartoons that closely, but they can be pretty sharp critiques of areas of life that others consider the center of their own lives. In this case, it was this cartoon that made me realize that's a legitimate critique of, I would say most, people I see on TRP.

Any thoughts? I just thought it was interesting. I'm about 99% sure he's not talking about me, but I can see how there's a fine line between actually changing your life and world views on attraction, and just using different tools to exacerbate your flawed existence.
