What is the problem with stating that women have high expectations?

If you admit women have high expectations and are uncritical of them, and you (profess to) promote equal rights for everyone, you forfeit your right to criticize and/or shame men for their expectations.
"High expectations" implies "unreasonable expectations" (because, seriously, if you're yourself not the hottest thing around, high expectations are automatically hardly reasonable).
Bloops are contrarian as fuck. Regardless of how obvious and self-explanatory something a redpiller says might be, you can bet that they'll rail against it just because.

Women don't want men to figure out their sexual strategy.

It would screw things up with beta bucks if they strike out with the alpha CC during their 20s.

They know they can have the beta fallback option if things fail into their 30s. If the betas figure it out, they might not marry.

I think virtually all women have high standards and that should be considered a compliment. I have high standards, and I certainly wouldn't want anyone to assume that I would just go out with anyone.

It can be hurtful if you get rejected because of these high standards, but you should try not to take it personally and work out if there is anything you can do to make yourself more attracting and appealing.

Both women and men follow basic biology in dating. We like to think we make conscious decision because we're super-intelligent animals, but we do not.

I don't really agree with the 20% thing personally, there is an element of truth in it, but it's an exaggeration of the real situation.

I've noticed that most BPs that respond say something along the lines of "there's nothing wrong with wanting a good mate, men should have higher expectations as well." I don't see BPs denying that women have high expectation but I do see a lot of outrage from RPs because they think it's unfair. So this question should be directed at RP.

I really don't get the problem people have with guys saying women have high expectations which probably apply to say the top 20% of men. While anything less is "settling".

The complaints are from either from

1) the 80% of men that don't like being reminded that they are being settled for or

2) Women who failed to catch that 20% man don't want to admit to themselves / don't want their partner to know they are settling

When they loosened the limit on university fees in the UK, every school, from the University of Oxford, to the worst of the crappy polytechnics raised their fees to the new limit. They believed that demanding less would make what they offered less attractive. Some women might think they are Giffen goods too.
