Because morals and standards change over time and even if I believed in Jesus those were guidelines for that time period and most of the bible would be pretty outdated.

Why does it matter? It's not just that I'm an atheist but the God of the bible is a complete monster. I mean, how many people did he murder or even had other people murder on his behalf. Like, the infamous story of Jephthah, where he helped him win a war if he sacrificed the first thing he saw when he got back, that being his daughter.

So like, god's opinion is worthless because God has terrible morals. Clearly, because there's nothing wrong with sleeping around, and lots wrong with killing children.

EDIT: Think about this. The God of the Pokemon universe is more competent and moral then the God of the Bible. Arceus created the Pokemon universe according to the Sinnoh myths and he even delegates some of the work. Dialga, Palkia and Giratina, controlling time, space and anti-matter (though Giratina was banished for it's violent behaviour to the distortion world). Nobody had to be murdered because Arceus fucked up and had to start over again.

Christianity is mostly rubbish imo, so your question makes no sense to me. Hell? Yeah no, not worried about that shit. Some aspects of a promiscuous lifestyle care harmful and I personally don't do it, but I'm one of those people who doesn't think forcing my worldview on others is a worthwhile endeavor.
