Until humans develop the ability to read minds, I'd advise any male to be very, very careful about "pushing past LMR."

Is some LMR a shit-test of sorts? Or an attempt to not be 'that kind of girl'? I'm sure it is. But it isn't ALL that, and you'd best be damn sure she really wants it if you're going to push past it, because if you get it wrong you're opening yourself up to criminal charges.

Absolutely not. Any woman who thinks consent and resistance are a game in the bedroom should be thrown in jail with the key thrown away. Rape and sexual assault are a serious problem in the world, and for someone to play little tricks around that is damaging the reputation of feminism, and is a disgrace to women.

Depends on what exactly the resistance is. As people are pointing out it's a huge risk since you don't actually know. Playing hard to get usually means that you don't respond eagerly to their advances. There's not nearly the same risk in pushing harder.

Personally I have never hit lmr. But I know some women do that, if they do that walk even if they beg you to come back. That behavior is fundamentally abusive and manipulative. They need to grow the fuck up

If it's a one night stand and you don't know each other very well, or if it's a LTR and neither party has expressed interested in it or said "I want to do this tonight" it's obviously not alright

Sometimes. But one problem is TRP takes things to extremes. I also do feel I can relate to some Red Pill people and sometimes I don't pick up well on subtleties of whether or not a woman is hitting on me or playing hard to get.

One problem is a women saying no after making out or whatever seems to be an instance of LMR that could be fought through, and that's where we have our issues. So for me, I just take people at their word if they don't want to go any further, then I just don't go further with them and that's fine. I've had a few instances where sex was stopped.

Hell, here's a fun story. Me and this girl were going to lose our virginity with each other, and we were just about to start when she started bleeding a bit and freaking out and she was like, no, I can't go further. She was on top of me, like, I don't think it was LMR more then she was young and panicked. And even being young and stupid, I had enough empathy to be like, ok, that's fine and was very comforting.

But yeah, I feel that more often then not, it's literally not them playing hard to get but them saying no. And I will say this last thing. Overcoming LMR advice is what could eventually get TRP banned from Reddit altogether, as it can potentially tip toe into some illegal territory, if there haven't been cases already where literal rape advice was given and it was just missed or not reported.

I think the main problem with LMR is people having sex when they are not in a relationship. Call me a tradcon but I do not think unfettered sex is a good idea.

No. If she's politely letting you down, it means no. If she changes her mind, it means no. If she gets cold feet, it means no. If she's giving you mixed signals, take it as a no. If she's using a non existent boyfriend or case of thrush to deter you, it means no.

If it's not enthusiastic consent - back off and look elsewhere.
