This is just for a relaxed discussion of opinions, observations, and thoughts on political leadership in the United States.

It seems to me that in the 2-party system each side favors their own type of leader.

R - seem to prefer stubborn unapologetic alphas who may not be able to articulate their own positions. D - seem to prefer the most irrational blue-brained pathos-oriented figures.

If you ask me, neither one is inherently good or bad, but the ways this discussion could go really are endless.

  • Do Americans subconsciously pick between AFBB?
  • What constitutes a good BP leader?
  • Is there a division among party line preferences as I suggested?
  • Can the distinction be drawn at all given how much money is thrown into political campaigns (at least on the federal side)?

Have fun with it. I'm gonna go pop some popcorn.
