He’s emotional and venting his frustration over something onto you. It’s a coping mechanism. He probably hasn’t been laid in a while and has too many hormones.

But don’t get caught up back and forth arguing like some bitches would.

Just give a one liner and back off. Arguing and bitching is for females.

Avoid getting in a fight, it’s not worth your health. If it comes to it, make sure he punches first, otherwise you are at fault and can have legal trouble. And make sure witnesses are unbiased. Otherwise you’ll be fucked.

Maybe it's the best thing for everyone if you fight each other. Let him swing on you, swing back, see what happens. Afterwards, tensions might have cooled off and he'll stop giving you shit. Or maybe not. Either way, a fight would definitely bring things to a head and could resolve the problem, I'd say. At least you'd feel like a man and not like someone's bitch, even if you ultimately got your ass kicked. If he's a bully, he might leave you alone after that because bullies prefer people who don't fight them.

I spent about a year in school when I was 17 where this guy in our friendship group for some reason decided I would be his bitch. He came in from another school, joined our group, and turned on me and would make jokes at me and treat me like shit to curry favour or something. I didn't know how to act because I'd never experienced this before, and my friends clearly thought it was weird because I was never a victim before then but they just let it go because it wasn't their problem. I shrugged it off for the whole year until we all parted ways. Looking back, it was all done in the name of "banter" but he really did treat me like shit and single me out and push it way too far, and I wish I'd have just punched him one day and seen what happened. I think the other people in the group would've understood my reasons for doing it. I'll always regret having never just stood up for myself and smacking him. I always refrained at the time because we were all buddies and I was worried about the consequences, but now 12 years later I really wish I'd just done it because I can't imagine how bad it could have really been.

Hey, you might even win the fight, imagine that. Even if you lose but you manage to do some damage to him that could be a good thing for your future.

One thing you can do is go teach yourself how to fight. Better yet, find someone you trust and respect to teach you how to fight. Find a boxing gym, take judo, and as others here will tell you, start lifting. You know the time is now. You wouldn't have come here otherwise.

Start training muay thai, next time he calls you out calmly reply: go ahead and smile. If he approaches, calmly put your long guard up and don't let him come closer then that. If he pushes even a little, take his head off.

This is my problem with TRP, you guys always try to find an easy way out... Sometimes it doesn't exist. Dealing with "real alphas" you will sometimes be seriously pushed and have to firmly stand your ground. Best way to avoid these situations is to look intimidating, be bully yourself or establish an image of being a pain in the ass when someone messes with you (fight back, show no weakness).

Be calm, look him in the eye, don't talk too much. When he says smth provocative say "I would like to speak with you in private". When he agrees ask him what it is he actually wants, say that you both can resolve his issue once and for all man to man. See him shitting his pants. You have to be calm and collected, look him in the eye, by this point you have to be 100% ready to fight to the end. It's a mental thing. I've done it many times with "tough guys". Good luck.
