Events like these require context and shouldn't be looked at from a single lens. Is her behavior changing? Is she spending time at the gym? Is she on a weight loss program? Is she shopping for new clothes? If she is, I would hit the gym hard and your diet plan starts right now. Is she becoming distant in other areas? or is her behavior changing?

Would she do something like this an have it be normal? Some girls are loners man, and visiting people stresses them out. That's okay, but you want to see if this behavior is out of the realm for her.

You get the idea here, if others behaviors have changed, I'd be worried. If not, and this is totally normal, than I say go alone and have fun.
