A lot of the advice on the red pill is concerned with game, building power and other internal factors etc because they're all things pretty much any man can apply to himself to increase his SMV, there's also a misconception (among some not all) that you can't really change how you look, that you're either born with an attractive or unattractive face so it's discussed much less.

This isn't true, there's a hell of a lot you can do to maximise your facial attractiveness.

Facial structure

We'll start with what you can't change, you're born and develop with a specific bone structure that can't be changed without extreme measures like surgery, we can however change how this structure looks and maximise what we already have.

The first and simplest way to get a more chiselled look is simply lower your body fat %, once you get to sub 10% you'll naturally look more angular.

Next you want to start chewing a pack of chewing gum a day to work your Masseter muscles, after around a month you should notice more definition in the jawline and cheek bones.

Honourable mention for the mewing technique (passive tongue positioning), all evidence is anecdotal but some people swear it's massively transformed their face's, not personally something I've ever needed to bother with though.

Skin care

The difference between a man with good skin and the average man doesn't come down to genetics, it may make it easier or harder but 99% of people can have clear attractive skin with the right effort and skin care routine.

Caring for your skin isn't gay if it gets you pussy.

I'm including a simple skin care routine that aims to remove all acne, improve your complexion, your facial skin health and general overall appearance of your face.

This is not an overnight fix, you'll notice improvements immediately but it could be 3-6 months until you sort your face out completely.

  1. Daily facial cleanser- wash your face 2-3 times a day (morning, afternoon and night) with a cheap foaming facial scrub and warm water.
  2. Daily micro-bead exfoliating facial scrub- Use this once a day to help scrub away the excess skin and dirt that the facial cleanser missed, again just buy a cheap one it doesn't matter.
  3. Acne fighting- Get a benzoyl peroxide (2.5%, any higher just increases side effects) containing spot treatment and apply that shit every few hours or so till you don't have acne anymore.
  4. Moisturiser- Apply a small amount at the end of your skin care routine each morning and night, this will eventually improve your overall complexion, skin appearance and skin health
  5. Chemical exfoliater- You use this only once or twice a week, it clears away all your dead skin and gets below the surface layer leaving you with clean pores and smooth as fuck skin. This should contain alpha and beta hydroxy acid. (I recommend the one by The Ordinary, its about 7 quid and lasts me 6-9 months at a time so can't go wrong)
  6. Charcoal Facemasks (Optional)- These are good for removing black heads and making you feel like a princess.

On a side note whenever you're done using water in your routine finish off with cold water so for example: You use your facial cleanser and micro-bead with warm water, then you'd apply cold water to your face again to close your pores, then you'd move onto acne fighting and moisturiser.

The whole thing is relatively cheap, probably only costs me £100-150 a year for flawless skin.

Grooming

The amount of men i see that don't have a fucking clue about basic grooming is astounding, it's really noticeable.

We'll start with the eyebrows, a mono brow isn't attractive, get some tweezers and pluck on all the hairs in between your eyebrows and above the bridge of the nose.

Then comb the eyebrows upwards and look for any longer hairs and pluck them too, the aim here is to neaten them out a bit not shape them (That would be fucking gay)

Then take your tweezers and move onto your nose and ear hairs, if anythings sticking out its getting plucked.

On the subject of ears make sure to clean out your ears with cotton buds (Q tips for the Americans I think?) at least a few times a week, you can easily lose points for having visible wax and it’s an often overlooked area.

Your hair cut is also going to have a direct effect on how your face looks, you should always go for a look that complements your facial shape (There's guides online), it mostly comes down to personal preference though.

For beards, get rid of it, they're for people with weak jaws, lumberjacks or paedophiles.

General lifestyle changes

  • Drink more water, it's good for your skin cells appearance and reduces water retention making you look leaner.
  • Reduce dairy from diet, It's linked with acne
  • Eliminate smoking and drinking, its also really bad for your skin.
  • Start supplementing a vitamin B complex, magnesium and zinc (others if you're deficient)
  • Clean pillows and bed sheets every week, it'll reduce break outs
  • Touch your face less, hands get dirty as fuck
  • Reduce stress (cortisol levels) it causes acne
  • Exercise more, if you're lifting heavy and sweating you're flushing all the shit out of your pores.
  • Remember to brush Teeth 3 times a day and floss, it makes the overall face look better
  • Get a haircut with a short fringe, long fringes can cause acne on the forehead. (Although i manage with a long fringe)
