First thing - Don't get into an LTR with a BPD woman. I broke all of the Iron Rules, and it was beta AF but it didnt start that way. It was death by a thousand paper cuts. But if you're in a BPD relationship and need to get out, here's how I did it.

We need to understand and anticipate every move this chick is going to make. Remember, she's gone her entire life with never being told no, or if she was told no she would have a meltdown and do crazy shit.

Step 1 - I created an online bank account with CapitalOne. I work several jobs so I was able to hide the job I made the least with in that particular account. Do not download the app, she will find it and demand answers. Log in with a browser, to check statements, hide the debit card somewhere safe. Also, ask for E-statements only. If for some reason you cant do this, have enough CASH ON HAND to fill your tank to drive somewhere safe. Friends, family (if she hasnt already turned them against you)

Step 2 - Pick an exit time. Ideally, you will want her to be at work, or visiting friends/family. My exit plan didn't go this way. She came home from work, and flipped out, started to scream and get violent. IF this happens, and it very likely will (BPD people can sense when shit isn't right) , you need to follow EXACTLY what I'm about to lay out for you. Here's how it happened.
As part of a family tradition, my brothers and I attend the local football team's game right before Christmas. When I woke up that morning to let my brothers in the house before we left for the game, I could tell BPD was looking for a fight. If you are in a BPD relationship, you know what I mean.. The moment you wake up they are just looking to get into an argument. I was going to a game (on my day off, I didn't call out, like she often would) and she was going to work. She starts copping attitude and disrespecting me in front of my family. But I ignore and I leave, I try to enjoy the game but I know in the back of mind, when she gets home from work there is a fight waiting. Like clockwork, she comes home and starts in on me right away. Accusing me of being drunk, saying the house was a mess etc. I tell her I'm done with her nonsense and that she needs to calm down. She obviously doesn't, and she starts grabbing me by the neck. I immediately grab my coat, and a piece of valuable personal property and I leave.

She's accusing me of being drunk, we are in a small town. I LOCK my valuable property in my car. I then, take off ON FOOT as fast as I can. I use "send location" to send my location to anyone I spoke to during that day. I immediately call my family to come pick me up. This individual, has previously claimed she was raped. She is most certainly going to call the cops and say I assualted her and I'm driving drunk. After this, I went into the apartment complex 24 hour gym that has camera system in it. I stayed on camera until my family arrived. When they showed up, I called the police so I could retrieve some more personal property.

Step 3 - BLOCK ALL HER AND HER FAMILY ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND PHONE NUMBERS.
I can't stress this enough. She will try any way to get ahold of you. Even making up bullshit lies(see later)

Step 4 - Deal with the lease termination (if renting). Luckily, I beat her to the punch, however I still had to pay the termination fee. It seems like a lot at first but most landlords will work with you if you explain. I was renting from a corporate apartment complex. I thought for sure they wouldn't have worked out a payment plan, but they did. It cost over $6000 but, you can get at least 50% of it back(see later)

Step 5 - DO NOT CONTACT HER FOR ANY REASON. GO TO THE GYM, READ A BOOK, LEARN AN INSTRUMENT.

Step 6 - Reach out to all the friends and family she separated you from.

This is already pretty long, so I will make a part 2 about the next phase. If you've made it this far, don't feel trapped. You can escape and live the life you've always wanted. The hardest part is leaving, but it is worth it. I would do it for a million times over! My life has improved so much, I can't begin to tell you everything.
