Ugly is a scale. A 1/10 face is ugly but so is a 4/10, so I can't vouch for how the "others" are doing.

A bad face can easily be taken up a few points with self care:

Tan - seriously, nothing attractive about a pasty white dude
Clean up your bushy ass eyebrows, trim them etc. It's on YouTube
Lean down to get a better jaw line
Go to a good barber in a sizable city and get a beard that works for you (I have a greasy porn star stache right now, chicks say they hate it but deep down they don't)
If you have hair, get a good hair cut, and often. Every 4 weeks.
If you're bald, I don't know. I see Brad Martyn wears hats.
Get rid of acne - learn how to take care of skin

You get all that shit in order and make an effort and you'll be on a better path

Get some fucking money man. Don’t obsess about the chicks because they definitely aren’t obsessing about you. Focus on improving yourself and quit bitching about how ugly you are.

Confidence man. I don't think I'm all the great looking. I'm not even in the best shape. But approaching women with confidence is pretty much all you need.

It's all in the reality you create around you. Women are collectively calibrated so much more than we are. If you believe that and act like you are genuinely the shit, they will believe it unless someone they trust tells them otherwise.

Behave as if you are valuable. Withhold things like words of approval for only those who've earned them. Be consistent and be polished. Go out of the house dressed and behaving as if the paparazzi is trying to catch you on your back foot.

Lifting is important for more than just aesthetics. It develops a primal sense of dominance in men that can't be understated. It will raise your T and bring out a certain level of healthy aggression in you that's extremely attractive. Lift as heavy as you can and reconnect with your nature.
