Quick background: 23 yrs old college student, a little over 1 year into TRP.

I have made many of the initial lifestyle changes recommended here. Lifting, eating healthy, dressing well, study more effectively, etc. I've done all the easy & obvious stuff. As a result, my grades have improved, I've been happier & had more energy, and I've had some success with women for the first time.

Now I feel like I'm hitting a wall in my self-improvement journey. I'm not sure where to go from here. I have a mission in terms of my career which is going alright, but my game and social skills are not improving anymore, and my progress in other areas (such as exercise and grades improvement) is slowing down as well. I think my issue is that improving socially is not as straightforward as something like lifting, it's harder to tell what I need to improve upon. I'm just wondering if anyone else has gone through a phase like this?
